  I need to keep some files sync would be between a cRIO and a network server. I would query the server for file sizes, then I can compare file sizes with local cRIO and FTP files on all files that are not current. For the local computer (cRIO), I can use the "file Info" function of pallets. Hoping that I can use the same function to query the network server, but do not know how it works; the IP address of the server is part of the path to the file? If so, what is the syntax for that? If this does not work, or if there is a better way, how would I go on this subject?

  A quick explanation of the problem: I need to create several VI just to return a value of the PXI-5660 (ex: Center frequency, Span, etc.) while the entries are only a "VISA" and one "error in.»

  Detailed explanation of problem: I need to create multiple VI that the properties 'Set' or 'Get' of the PXI-5660 module (ex: the Central frequency value, get frequency, etc...).  Each VI must have a VISA in/out and in/out Error, but the only other present in/out should be the property of game/called.  Global variables are not allowed.

  One of the biggest problems for me is that ni5660 drivers do not contain a property node.  I managed to (apparently) set some of the properties by feeding only a single entry in the icon 'configure ni5660 for spectrum', but the only tool that seems to be able to output all information is the icon «MT get Attributes»  The release of 'MT get Attributes' does not contain many of the properties that I need good output.

  I tried to use the icon 'MT get Attributes' linked to "ungroup by name" which has the value "handle receiver.handles.niScope" which feeds on the reference to a property niScope node, hoping that I would be able to obtain information through the niScope 5660 (it seems that ni5660 software uses the niScope on a lower level software ", correct me if I'm wrong).  This VI finished, when put online with the 'ni5660 Initialize.vi' and ' ni5660 Close.vi, ' returned the error (-1074135028) with the explanation 'ID attribute not recognized.' ""  (The error occurred on the property node in the Subvi "Get the Central frequency")

  The goal is to make the action of PXI chassis similar to a HP8563E Spectrum Analyzer.  With this in mind, the list of attributes that I will need in the end to set and get (the separate VI) are the following: Center frequency, Span, window, number of Points, resolution bandwidth, level of reference, mitigation and time sweep.

  I apologize for my (very probably) simple question, but endless (I only started programming in LabVIEW there about 2 weeks).  If someone would be able to point me in how to make apparently PXI-5660 current property settings from thin air, I would be very grateful.  If more information or details are needed, feel free to ask.

  Located on how silly that statement. You want to create a function where (for example) you want to set the resolution bandwidth and do not want to pass as a parameter the name of the instrument. You have created the programming language that is able to read minds?

  You can use a function where you can pass a parameter in (or use a function that retrieves a parameter) or do nothing at all with the instrument. It is more complicated than that.

  There are tutorials available that can help yu with LabVIEW to learn, but I think that there are certain fundamentals means.

  Edit: Sorry, I may have misunderstood. to query does not require an entry but I don't understand what you want to query. The parameters of the instrument are all under control stripped - a program you or any other writing. Unlike a GPIB instrument, there is no one '?' command to read a rear frame. It is assumed that you know how the instrument has been configured in the first place.

  I am trying to find a way to easily copy the highest rated songs from my MP3 player to my PC.

  I have a sansa view player but the player stopped to transfer information "sides" when syncronising with all media organisrers - WMP, Winamp, media monkey etc. I tried all.  The annoying fault with the phone is not repairable.

  I tried to use IDE tag viewers, alternative of Solution Explorer, using Linux - a lot of things, including an extention to explore that adds additional Collins to the columns in the Solution Explorer.  However, when connected to the device and view the files, no information on the sides of the files transferred or is visible - except via a single method: open the records of players in MTP mode in windows Explorer then:

  Click with the right button--> properties--> details.

  In the list of the news is a section called "user rating".  This ranking is a shown as a number '1' on a 1 star and '99' for a 5 star.  However, this information is not available as a column in Explorer, so it cannot be used for sorting the files (more high appreciation over the lowest inside is what Im will achieve).

  This notation from 1 to 99 info soes does not seem to be watched on in any other file browser media organizer. For mp3s saved on the hard drive, all fields are visible, including side but etc, and it's the problem, on the other hand when the file is copied to the PC, it seems to lose this information. If copied files do not have this ' information of the details available and copied the files do not appear to contain this information in their view in Notepad, so I can't even search for files with the string of text 99' in them.» (tearing hair).  MSC mode is also available on the device, but it does not help.

  Does anyone have any ideas how I could solve this problem?  Maybe how I could use this in some way give detailed information to sort the files?  Maybe change the registry Explorer? Another extension for Explorer?

  I just watched something do custom "column in the registry managers."  I don't really understand it to be honest, but it would be a possible solution? Im not a programmer, so this might be beyond my skills, but could write a shell extension is a solution?

  If you see the script for ce_banks_v, it uses the table hz_parties only. You can use the following query (this one is taken by the script of ce_banks_v only):

  I was wondering if InDesign can automate showing the file information in a header or a footer, as MS Word does with his "quick components." Our Department moves to an InDesign/InCopy workflow, and some writers and editors who have always worked in MS Word are concerned about possible lose this functionality. They like the footer to show the path to the file, the date of the last backup (with the name of the user who has registered), as well as the date it was printed (automatically 'versioning' copies paper). As a designer, I would give everything on a layer which could be made invisible for final publication, but would be easily made visible for the workflow for any person who uses a paper copy (as our directors and CEOS who are struggling with soft proofing).   If you have jobs regularly collect statspack report, then it will be easier to troubleshoot. You can just pull the report of the time period.

  A couple of things you can check if there is a problem of storage during the time, as a backup or other work running took all storage OS, so Oracle hung because no space for archiving of newspapers. Usually it will record errors in the alert.log, but if bdump as complete destination, the error will not be recorded.
  Check the activity of the BONE during the time, which is CPU and IO activity. See if you have installed and configured sar

  Thanks for writing. Glad you like the capabilities of selection in the Mix. Hear us your comments on improving the additional capacity. Cant specifically tell you when, but we intend to continue to improve on this front and Yes correcting color and reconciliation are on our roadmap.

  For both of our new applications - mix and difficulty - provide us with exactly the same features on iPhone and iPad, and it is not no pairing down of the features we had on Ps touch. We had a few clouds on the Mix of features that were only available on the iPad edition. With 2.0 we corrected that and made available on the iPhone as well.

  Our goal is to push the Mix to become an even more complete composition on mobile devices. We have made key improvements in our recent 2.0 update, but there is much more to come next year with updates already provided all the few months.
