  If I'm away from my computer and come back, FF will not update all pages. Just, he sits and turns. The spinner is not green.   Some Firefox problems can be solved by performing a clean reinstall. This means that you remove Firefox program files, and then reinstall Firefox. Please follow these steps:

  I had the same problem.  But finally found a solution.  If your listing is similar to mine, then keep.  XP Media Center Edition 2005 (sp2).  AMD Athlon 64 x 2 Dual-Core, HP a1630n desktop computer.
