  Thank you for the update on the question and sorry for a delayed response.

  If your Windows Update history shows that .NET Framework 4.5.1 is installed successfully. If troubleshooting says ' registration for the service is missing or corrupt... not fixed "then you can try the methods provided below and see if help."

  Both version are separated all together and does not come into conflict with each other.

  You can use both version with any problem.

  Creative cloud will show any existing application cs6 installed, however you can still download and install

  CS6 application using cloud creative rest.
