Get the attribute value of a def page table by using el expression.

Hello

Use Jdeveloper 11.1.2.0.0 and have a requirement like this for which a sample is created. Requirement is as follows...

1. do you have a Taskflow with a readonly employee table.
2. by clicking on a button called "itinerary" checks if the selected line, the attribute Manager id value = 200 then go to the first page on the other if the value attribute id manager is 200 then go to the second page.

Through the def page, if it has the form, then we can access the attributes like #{data.view_FirstPageDef.ManagerId}. In the case of acquisition of the same attribute value from the table using the def page? is what I am unable to get...

Come to the notion of routing using the router on Taskflow activity. But I am unable to get the selected row in a table of employee page def attribute value. Can anyone suggest on the same...

Thank you and best regards,
Olivier G

On the router, right-click on its icon in the workflow and create a page definition. Then in the file def, add an iterator based on the same view of the table object in the first page, then add a value attribute that is mapped to the managerId in the iterator of the View object. Finally in the router, you can write EL expressions along the lines of #{bindings. ManagerId.inputValue = 200} or #{bindings. ManagerId.inputValue! = 200}.

  • Get the highest value of acquired data

    Hi, how can I get the highest value of data according to data acquired using the accelerometer ADXL345 and LINX in LabVIEW?

    I want the highest data to be shown with a flag. However, the data being shown are always the last acquired data. My problem would be what happens if the highest data somewhere at the beginning or in the middle of all the acquired data? How to display the highest data using an indicator?

    Here's a look at my front, block diagram, and sample of the acquired data.

    From the front panel, the basic indicator of detected last poster 0.1929 (amplitude), which is the last value. But looking at the Excel file, the highest data are data which is 0.2013. The highest, I want to be displayed on the indicator not the last value. How do I do that?

    Thank you!

    I gave you an example of what you need to do - it is not okay if wire you the new value and the old value for the X or Y - it will always return the maximum of the two values so the order doesn't matter. It would have been more useful if you had posted what you tried the max & min. You need a registry to offset inside the loop (like I did with my while loop). If you only want to display the maximum value for each iteration of the loop for external, you must initialize the shift register by plugging a 0 to its terminal on the left. A shift register her pinned the value of the last run - probably not what you want here.

  • How set the value of a LOV in CO prgramatically and get the Pkey value?

    Hello

    I need to get the Primaykey LOV will return and set a value for a LOV, say ItemLOV in a page through CO. How can I achieve this?

    Req:
    1. set the nom_element, say "DELL_1618" so that the page displays this in the LOV.
    2 get the PK value returned by LOV in the backend in an attribute of VO say Item_ID, ' 100009881'.

    Thank you
    Sicard.

    Hi Santosh,

    Sorry, I responded to general LOV scenario, but want to put it right,

    You need run your LOV query to the controller for the "DELL_1618" element using the prepared command, get the value of the value display and Id and assign the LOV and FormVlaue in the PR of the controller.

  • Get the selected value in the list drop-down/messagechoice

    Hi friends,
    App R12.
    I create a drop-down list programmatically in the process request:

    OAMessageChoiceBean OAMC = oapagecontext.getWebBeanFactory () .createWebBean (OAWebBeanConstants.MESSAGE_CHOICE_BEAN, null, oapagecontext, null) (OAMessageChoiceBean);

    oamc.setPickListViewUsageName ("MyVO1");
    oamc.setListValueAttribute ("MyId");
    oamc.setListDisplayAttribute ("MyDescription");
    oamc.setID ("xxMypicklist");
    oamc.setRendered (Boolean.TRUE);
    oawebbean.addIndexedChild (oamc);

    This shows the list of choices and there MyVO1 query search results.

    Now, I want retrieve value MyId in the processFromRequest (after pushing a button on the screen). I do the following:

    OAApplicationModule am = pageContext.getApplicationModule (webBean);
    ...
    MyVOImpl myvoimpl = (MyVOImpl) am.findViewObject("MyVO1");
    MyVORowImpl PicklistRow = myvoimpl.getCurrentRow ((MyVORowImpl));
    NUMBER auxId = (NUMBER) PicklistRow.getAttribute ("MyId"); THIS SENTENCE GIVES A NULL POINTER EXCEPTION

    Then..., is not enough to find the original Version? and get the rank "perceive"... and then get the desired attribute?

    Do I need to load data from MyVO1 into myvoimpl? How? How to get the folder selected on the screen?

    Many thanks for any help. It is very urgent for me to solve this problem. Dev guide does not help with this kind of usual problems.
    Jose L.

    Hello

    u can not get the value of this way, becz you try to get the value of the original Version which is used for bean of choice message, to get the value selected in this field of choicebean message, you must get the VO initialized for this page, both would be different VO, you can opt for the following approach

    (1.) an another VO wiil be there in your page get implemented to capture the data on this page, the attribute of this VO would be added to your field of beans of choice, need to understand that VO and and capture your selected value.

    or the other way is

    2.), you can change your code in the same way in the pR method

    OAMessageChoiceBean OAMC = oapagecontext.getWebBeanFactory () .createWebBean (oapagecontext, OAWebBeanConstants.MESSAGE_CHOICE_BEAN, null, "XXMypicklistBean) (OAMessageChoiceBean);

    and get the selected value in pFR method in this way

    OAMessageChoiceBean getCHBean = (OAMessageChoiceBean) (webBean.findIndexedChildRecursive ("XXMypicklistBean"));

    String val = (String) getCHBean.getValue (pageContext));

  • Get the default value for class LV 1498 error

    I call get the Default Value.vi LV class to dynamically load a class.

    It was working fine until I added Open Config Data.vi to read an .ini file.

    The application works fine when I press the button RUN in the LabView development environment, but when I create the executable file with Application Builder and then run it, I get:

    "1498 error occurred getting class LV Default Value.vi"

    Possible reasons:

    LabVIEW: Library has errors. Correct the errors before performing this operation.

    «"" "String of full appeal:»»"»

    Download LV class by default Value.vi

    Test.VI

    LabVIEW has tried to load the class in this path:

    g:\cal\devices\Digital300Meter\Digital300Meter.lvclass

    I narrowed the problem down to open Config Data.vi included in the application, not in the class. I don't have to call the Open Data of Config vi to get this error.

    I have a Subvi, called "SelectDevice" which refers to Open Data from Config. In my main Test.vi SelectDevice is in the true case of a true/false case structure, which is set to False.

    If I put a design schema off around the Open Data of Config vi, I do not get the error.

    I suspect that including Open Config Data include a VI in the application that interferes with the LV ranks by default.

    Thank you, it works!

    I also put the additional Exclusions page as follows:

    Disconnect the type definitions - verified

    Remove unused polymorphic instances of VI - verified

  • To get the attributes of node of a node using a DOM parser

    Hi, is there an easier way to obtain the attributes of a node using a DOM parser. I do not understand the method getAttributes() because it returns NamedNodeMap where are all the getters return a node. I have just this simple xml structure:

    EditField
    First name

    For example, I am able to do "editfield" and "First name" but I want to be able to get the id attribute of matching nodes as well. The just getNodeValue() returns me null and getLocalName() and getNodeName() returns just me TYPE or a QUESTION.

    Any help please if anyone knows. Oh and I don't want to use the DOM, SAX parser. Thank you very much in advance

    I discovered how to get the attributes after some Google search and changes. It's here

    NamedNodeMap attributes = (NamedNodeMap) tempNode.getAttributes ();
    for (int = 0; g g< attributes.getlength();="" g++)="">
    Attribute attr = (Attr) attributes.item (g);
    System.out.println ("attribute:" + attribute.getName () +)
    ("with the value" + attribute.getValue ());
    }

    You do not have to use NamedNodeMap, I did not know how before. You go around casting too. Awesome, I didn't use SAX after all now

    Sorry I missed the question!

    First of all, to get the value of selectedItem in selectOneChoice do not have another function in the domain controller. Here is an excellent article by Frank that explains this. Or you can use the below function to get the selected value immediately. Here the market is the value of selectOneChoice attribute. I wasn't aware of this method until you have read this article.

    {} public void getAndSetMarketValue (market of the object)

    ValueExpression ve = (ValueExpression) AdfmfJavaUtilities.getValueExpression ("#{bindings.marketSelectItems}", Object.class);

    AmxAttributeBinding attrBinding = (AmxAttributeBinding) ve.getValue (AdfmfJavaUtilities.getAdfELContext ());

    access the iterator that populates the list of values in

    the selectManyChoice component

    AmxIteratorBinding amxListIterator = attrBinding.getIteratorBinding ();

    the AmxIteratorBinding is a wrapper for the BasicIterator

    iterator which sets out the information we need

    ListIterator BasicIterator = amxListIterator.getIterator ();

    for each index value, query the name of the service (you can

    access and attribute from the line) to display

    SelectedValue = string

    (String) listIterator.getAttributeValueAtIndex (((New Integer ((String) market))) .intValue (), "Value");

    }

    Second, you can use #{row} in commandLink's action since it is something that is evaluated when the user clicks on the link and we do not have access to #{line} after that the entire component is rendered. To remedy this give an action for the commandlink which is a function in the bean and the function of bean back to the action of the link selected.

    I would like to know how I could access the old value of an attribute in backing bean.
    I know I can get it in terms of EntityImpl with the getPostedAttribute function,

    I get this error:

    Could you help her?
    What is the right way to get the current value on db in backing bean?

  • Get the selected value of a select list item in a tabular presentation.

    Hi, I have a tabular form and I'm trying to get the selected value of a select list item and store the selected value in a page element hidden elsewhere on the form of tables, so I can use this value.

    I already have something similar to the input on the tabular presentation elements.

    Get the initial values
    var line = $x_UpTill (this.triggeringElement, 'TR');
    numberOfItems var = $(' input [nom = "f12"]', ligne) [0];

    numberOfItems = 123456.123

    What I want to do is soemthing similar as above but capture the value of a select element in tabular form. I thought I could do something like:

    Get the selected value
    var line = $x_UpTill (this.triggeringElement, 'TR');
    numberOfItems var = $('selected [name = "f08"] .val ()', line) [0];

    But this method leaves the as undefined var numberOfItems.

    Please help me to find a way to identify the item 'select' in the tabular form called "f08" and get this value.

    I am a newbie to jQuery selectors etc...

    Thank you.

    Strange that you do not get an error when you run your 2nd selector.
    In any case for this kind of thing, see the HTML code of your tabular form and tell us what triggers, the element can be useful. Or better create an example at apex.oracle.com.
    In any case, I see two errors:
    (1) is there any html element "not selected" instead, the LOV in the APEX element has the select tag
    (2) you can not write a. val() inside a selector that you must place it after your selection.

    So I'd like to rewrite your code to:
    var line = $x_UpTill (this.triggeringElement, 'TR');
    numberOfItems = $("select_[nom_="f08"]",_row).val () var [0];

    Hello

    You can retrieve the value selected in the PivotFilterBar through the PivotFilterBar model, instead of dataaccess:

    Download the template of the bar pivot filter instance
    QueryDescriptior queryDescriptor = (QueryDescriptor) pivotFilterBar.getValue ();

    retrieve a list of criterion, each of them is used to fill each lov in the pivot filter bar
    ConjunctionCriterion conjunctionCriterion = queryDescriptor.getConjunctionCriterion ();
    List criterionList = conjunctionCriterion.getCriterionList ();
    for (int i = 0; i)<_criterionList.size(); i++)="">
    AttributeCriterion = (AttributeCriterion) criterionList.get (i) criterion.

    _selected is the currently selected value
    Selected object = criterion.getValues () .get (0);

    System.out.println (_selected);
    }

    Hope that helps,
    Chadwick

    Yes, you'd better change your XML structure to fit the internal mechanisms of the DataGrid.

    As model dataField require each element of the grid line to have a named property to display, otherwise you will be forced to overcome this model to the custom help labelFunction for the particular column that will implement your custom actions on how to extract the appropriate data for this column of the grid line item. It will be much more complicated that just reorganize your xml structure.
