  It is not real SDK download, its in your installation already. The JavaDoc for all classes are in-doc.11122\javadoc in the zip file, http://download.oracle.com/docs/cds/E50612_01.zip (page: Oracle Enterprise Gateway).   Bridge currently is not a way to recognize people, like Photoshop elements Organizer, but keywords must certainly be recognized! When you're in Bridge, discover the keywords Panel (window > Panel keywords). It should contain the tags that you set in the Organizer.

  I want to use the CGI variable to get the customer information such as IP address, computer name and the name of the browser and version,

  I just get REMOTE_ADDR IP address, but I can't name the computer, using REMOTE_HOST, nor the browser information

  I would like to know do I need any set at the server level to get this informaiton of client using the CGI variable?

  If not, is there any available server variable to get customer information?

  The REMOTE_HOST being empty is possible; It happens under certain configurations of DNS that I remember well.

  Adobe say this: "because only the variables available depend on server, browser, and the types of interactions between the two, not all variables are normally available and are represented by empty strings in the output of debugging." in addition, they say that CGI. REMOTE_HOST: "If the server does not have this information, it sets REMOTE_ADDR and does not set REMOTE_HOST."

  We have implemented the same exact requirement to retrieve the IP address of the client (WebUtil provides a function for this) and write it in the field v$ session.action (this can be done using the dbms_application_info package DB). We are so in shape 10g v assessment $session.action instead of v$ session.terminal.

  You have the virtual address set to 1.1.1.1?

  Also, you have set up the address of the DHCP server on your interfaces VLAN? This is important because the controller basically uses an ip helper address to properly forward DHCP requests.

  If you have these configured, try to use the internal DHCP server to test. The web GUI, access controller-> the DHCP server in-house. Configure a DHCP scope and activate it (don't worry, it is only used for wireless clients. It does not meet the DHCP requests on your network).

  Now, go back to the controller-> Interfaces and configure the DHCP server to the management interface of the controller. See if your customers are able to get the addresses of the internal scope.

  This is a configuration on the weblogic server. You do not get the address of the default client. You must make a few changes to the configuration of your wls (see getting the IP address of the application client).
