It won't work if your application installed via OTA (via JAD file).

for the test: stand jad and cod in sdcard the Simulator, in search for a simulator to the jad file and click on the jad file to install your application.

  • How to delete files, getting the project exceeds the capacity of the disk in again

    I burned this project twice now, with DVDs fine engraving.  I wanted to just change a few things on the menu.  Now when I go to burn, I get the error message "disk capacity superior project.»

    This seems odd given that the previous fine burned DVD.  I think the previous Burns/renderings are in the path.

    In my edition previous softare, if I had to do something, a new rendering and re - burn video, I would click in the menu "delete all auxiliary files for this project."  But I don't see that in again.  Where can I remove this temporary/auxiliary/or what do you call the files?  What they call?

    Thank you!

    526 KB used for DVD-ROM content.  I don't know what the content from.  How/where would I delete that?

    Basically, this means that you don't have any content ROM. It's just the General fresh minimum necessary, you must add the ROM content - this size is normal.

    Back up a little, you said you did not have the Cache of database cleanup/remove function in audio/video IN & OUT. I was of course about my still (2.0), so I'd go for help and look for "Cache" as CS4 has probably moved things - sorry for the "wild goose chase."

    EncoreDVD 2.0, media Cache files are stored in a folder (Cache\Media Cache files) in the hierarchy of the project files. There will be several subfolders in this one. Do not know if in CS4 has changed this hierarchy.

  • Using the API Teststand to get the dependencies of files to a workspace

    Hi all

    I have a very difficult time with the Teststand API to do what I want. I need to automate the deployment of the space in our system of Labview, I need to get the path of all the dependencies used in a workspace to create a label in Perforce (SCC) to version control before deployment.

    As for now, I managed to: open the workspace > get the RootWorkspaceObject > NumContainedObjects then GetContainedObject (in this case, the project files) > NumContainedObject then GetContainedObject (in this case, the files within the project) > NumContainedObject then GetContainedObject (in this case, the files in the folders).

    The problem is this: I can get the project DisplayName and path of the project by the property node file reference. However, the folder object as I get the name and no path, and with the objects of the elements, I get only the name and what looks like a relative path. I want this absolute path, on the second line, for each element in the picture below... that is, the Properties menu of one of the elements.

    Once I get these paths, I would do the same thing with a sequence to get the associated EIS. If I can get those that I think that I can get to get their secondary dependencies in Labview and will be able to build a label necessarily for all dependencies.

    P.S we use LV8.6

    THX

    OK, first of all thx Francisco, I tried this invoke node (GetAbsolutePath), but it looks like for some reason I have it did not in the right place the first time...

    So now:

    1. we can get the paths of all files included in the workspace.

    2. we can get files albums since a sequence file dependencies, (with a slight modification, sous-séquences too).

    3. we can get the top subs dependencies (in this case Vi) files.

    It is only a proof of concept, given that all the references are not closed properly. I updated 'TSDependencyGet.vi' to account for the solution of the above 3 assumptions. This example look only for the Modules of VI no other code.

    It assumes that your workspace is always at the root level of the 'projects' files and that the first search path is 'space of current work - subfolders selected' and second line of research is "* reeuse root directory * with selected sub.

    In my case, the workspace has 1 project with 7 files, the sequence is in folder 5. Specific VI are in the subdirectory of the root workspace folder and reuse of Vi in another way (second search directory).

    I hope that this example can help others.

  • VI to determine the name of the project

    For a real-time application, I wanted to determine, at runtime, the name of the project in which the VI has been "content".  I wanted to get the name of the project (even) under four different conditions:

    • on the host, in development mode
    • on the host, in Run-Time mode (i.e. after being built as an executable)
    • on the goal of RT, development mode
    • on the aim of RT, in run mode.

    It is not so easy.  I figured out how to make the first two (use the name property of the active project development and use the next last folder directory of the Application in Run-Time mode mode), but I'm having trouble to get this information to get the target RT code.  Has anyone tried this before?  Did you?  Advice (or even downright Solutions)?

    Bob Schor

    Well, I figured out, but it's not pretty.  In the previous post, I explained why I wanted to do - here I will explain how I did this.

    There are three main modes, under which Applications can run: development mode (when you are programming in LabVIEW and press the button "Run"), Run Time System (an executable on a PC) and Embedded (code that runs on a target in real time, in the form of executable file or development).  Of these, only one mode of development gives you access live (via the Application, the active project property) in the name of the project file.  My goal is to have the user interface and the RT 'chunks' of the project in real time have access on behalf of the project, the system I'll create will use same code on two subsystems, meaning that it will run on the PC at least once in the mode of development .

    The key step is to create a 'constant VI', I'll call CONST name of the project, which consists of a single indicator of string, name of the project, which "held" the name of the project.  I initially thought to use a Global Variable, but there is a technical problem with that I will mention later.  I didn't use CONST name of the project directly, but, instead, use a 'Get the project name' VI that has, for its single release, the name of the project.

    This VI, when it runs, determines the type of request under which it is running.  If it is something other than the Mode of development, he calls CONST project name and returns its value.  If this is the Mode of development, it gets the name of the project, he returned, but just before leaving, he arranges to be updated programmatically CONST project name when it is called in the future, it will return the name of the project (update).  [Then why not simply initialize CONST project name?  I'm looking for a "generic" solution that will always return the correct value, even if I move to another project and don't remember about the change and change - all I have to do to make it work is to run once in the mode of development.  Who has ever developing code without testing before making the executable?].

    I wrote a VI gave the name of project Save, which does the following: he calls set the timer on CONST project name to define the name of the new project (this works even if we put an indicator), calls to use current default to make the new value "stick" and called "Instrument to save" to save the changes.  The problem is that CONST project name cannot be "running" in the State to use current default work without raising an error.  If the name of the Save project is simply called as a Subvi to get a project name, it will be in the State of operation as it is used in the case of non-development mode to get a project name.  The solution to this witch hunt is to use the asynchronous call with-and-Forget 'spawn' name of the Save project.  Finally, we modify register project name so that it starts with a loop "wait", examinging the State of execution of CONST name project and waiting for it to exit the executing State, indicating that it is prudent to make the change.

    Phew!  But it works!  Oddly enough, when I tried this using a Global Variable instead of my Constant VI, I kept getting errors during execution are currently lacking, but despite the mistakes, the code seemed to run correctly.  I found an article (written for LabVIEW 5!) explaining that it was expected as Globals behavior were always in the State of operation.  Actually, I just realized that I had not tried with the call-and-Forget asynchronous schema, then perhaps a decade later, LabVIEW will allow me to do this using a Global without raising an error...

  • I can compile the project created in CVI2012 in CVI7?

    Hello

    I have the CVI2012 installed in a computer and I create a simple project to write a digital channel based on the example with DAQmx9.7. In another computer, it is installed CVI7 only, I think that the project includes the sources and headers (text files), I wonder if this project can be compiled in version as CVI7 or not? In the computer where CVI7 installed, I have install all runtimes of CVI2012 and DAQmx 9.7 drivers, but when I open the project in CVI7, it said missing DAQmx.h. So, how can I get these headers and get the project compiled in CVI7? Thank you.

    During the installation of DAQmx it should detect the presence of CVI7 and ask you to install support files.

    Have you checked the library menu? If DAQmx is dimmed, you need to select Customize and check the corresponding box in the new window: if it is checked, it means that the DAQmx support is not installed and you must re-run Setup.

    EDIT *.

    I now see in readme DAQmx 9.7 CVI7 in the file is not supported: you need to download a previous version of the driver that supports CVI7.

    NOR-DAQmx 8.8 seems to be the last usable version.

    If you need keep the active project for two CVI machines you will be limited to this version: This means that even when developing in the most recent one you must be sure not to use newer features of DAQmx.

  • Is there a way to get the handful of handful of composition layer?

    Hello

    I have an API call to query the bounding of the layer composition, however, I find no practical way to get a handle of the layer in the composition encompassing.

    is there a way to get a handle of composition, and then look on it as a layer (in some other publication)?

    Best regards

    Yuri

    If I read you correctly, you mean if a computer is are not nested in other

    Comps.

    If so, then there is no API for this list "used in". you will need to

    read the draft and check the layers of each model and compare the source.

    Start by getting the project item for the model you're looking for

    using AEGP_GetItemFromComp().

    then analyze the project with AEGP_GetNextProjItem(), check the type of each element,

    and if it's a model to digitize its layers using AEGP_GetLayerSourceItem().

    is the source of the layer with the source of the model and you will know if it is

    used here.

  • Texturing the model of the project with the high texture layer of the page crashes the rendering queue

    Hello. I am trying to add an overall texture to the model of the whole project by adding a jpg with texture to the top of my diapers and affecting the overlay mode. However, when I try to exit out of the queue to render in format .mov, it hangs and will not be rendered. I use CS6 AE. 64 GB of RAM. I'm not really sure what version of AE, you're running; I'll guess CS6.  It is up-to-date, as in version 11.0.4?

    I see that you do NOT multiprocessing, which is good.

    And just as a workaround - just to get the project to the door - you could always rendering on the comp in a lossless codec, then just put the overlay on the imported file, recently visited a new comp.

  • Why not export PP of the project on the videotape after transcoding?

    Why don't PP CS4 export project finished on videotape after transcoding?

    I have a Dell desktop, 2 TB hard drive. I use the PP CS4 editing software. I use a Canon Vixia HV30 HD camcorder with Mini DV tape media. I just finished editing a video with my computer project and clicked on "Export to tape. He went through 40 minutes of transcoding, and then it is supposed to send the video camera for recording band. When transcoding, the dialog box will appear with two options - 'Ready and Record' and 'Done '.  It's never happened before. I checked all my settings and everything goes out. I tried about 8 times today and the same thing happens every time. Right now, I can, t get the project done out of the computer and on a videotape. Any ideas?

  • Access to the intranet and then continue the project on the back

    Captivate v5.5

    I created a project which will be published on our intranet.

    Throughout the project, I want learners to be able to access certain documents which can be found on our Intranet.

    I understand that it is possible to create a button with the action open URL that leads to the page where the document is.

    My questions are regarding his return to the project after you open the intranet page via the URL action.

    1. How can ensure me that the project stops during the time they are on the intranet?

    2. How can I get the project from where they are, once they return to the project?

    Thanks in advance,

    Christmas salvation

    Normally a Button object interrupts the slide as part of its basic function. However, you can disable this feature. In addition, if slides reading time is really long and the point of pause button is staged a long way in the slide, the user can click the button before the break point has been reached. In these cases, you would still hear the game with slide (assuming that there is no audio).

    The issue here is to ask if the blade is really to continue to play or are you just hear the audio and assuming that it moves only play audio? You can just hear audio slide play while button has the slide paused.

    Captivate 6, it seems a few options to make a pause or stop audio when clicked. I think that these are the new features of version 6. So if you use an earlier version, it may not be a way to cause the audio to pause.

  • How to programmtically get the resource group in the model project

    In the proposed model I can specify the flags of the UI for EO via EL use all resources.

    Is there, is it possible programmtically get the resource group that is configured for the model project (in project property Panel) as I don't want to hardcode the path of the file.

    Have you tried the following as mentioned in one of the threads above? :

    Assuming that the property is located in com.subbanasolutions.samples.Bundle.properties

    Imports
    Import oracle.javatools.resourcebundle.BundleFactory;

    Constants
    private static final String RESOURCE_BUNDLE_NAME =
    'com.subbanasolutions.samples.Bundle ';

    Code to access all of the resources and get a value associated with a key
    ResourceBundle resourceBundle =
    BundleFactory.getBundle (RESOURCE_BUNDLE_NAME);
    If (resourceBundle! = null)
    {
    Here, FOLLOW_UP_LABEL is the key found in the resource group
    String ActivityName = resourceBundle.getString ("FOLLOW_UP_LABEL");
    }
