How can we get UserSession object without calling vimPort.login. Is it possible to get connected vimPort currenlty logged the user object in the web client of vsphere.

  I need to know the name of the current user logged to the customized access privileges to give in my plugin.

  That makes sense, I suppose that - AM knows nothing about the username, unless you use a JDBC URL.

  You can always create a VO (use "select user double ') and then use it to obtain the database user name. I really doubt that there is a way taken in charge to get the password for the data source, however.

  The use case is a user connects to the workspace and runs the human tasks assigned to him. In the ADF UI, we use controls to database to view, update, and create records of database associated with this task. The tables have information of audit as: LAST_MODIFIED_BY and MODIFIED_DATE.   Now, I want to create the new object ServiceInstance in vijava WITHOUT entering credentials user again as shown below.

  I think the argument of sessionStr you want to use for ServiceInstance is the field the object corresponding to this server vCenter Server ServerInfo sessionCookie (I'm not positive since I do not use VIJava).  You can get the list of the connected ServerInfos in the Web Client SDK UserSession object.
