  This error is probably triggered by the call to ordimage.process. Have you been able to verify that? Since dwg is not a supported format, an error would be raised during a call to process.

  If so, is it possible that l_mime_type is different in the two cases? While where the error is not ordimage.process relief is not called?

  An image of type dwg can be charged even if it is not a supported format. But it cannot be processed.

  We have problems with 3 guests in our infrastructure - M610 all running ESXi 5.5 U2 P55.  Any report of strangely hosts in OMIVV.

  -"Unsupported hypervisor" is reported in the screen "check hosts compliance."

  -We can update the firmware on the individual hosts, but the update of multiple hosts in the cluster level does not at all.  The inventory of the firmware page does not display anything.

  All the other features seem to be working on these hosts and all of our M620 do not act in the same way in OMIVV.  All the firmware is completely updated already on all hosts.

  This error will appear if you do not have the latest updates of the BIOS installed on your PC or if you have installed the latest version of the BIOS that is not compatible to Windows 10. I suggest to visit your computer manufacturer's Web site to download and install the latest updates to the BIOS for your model of PC and then check if the same is reported in your compatibility test.
