Tumblr does not load images in Firefox, but works in other browsers
Recently, after that Firefox itself updated (as it usually does), I noticed that Tumblr does not work for me. I mean, is that, while the site to load and I can view the text without a problem, about 50% of the images do not load even if I refresh the page or restart the browser. Some examples of this are shown here:
http://i.imgur.com/pmjAXdZ.PNG
http://i.imgur.com/h4F0Ol4.PNG
http://i.imgur.com/YO5Ej3Q.PNGAnd this is not limited to just the Tumblr dashboard, but also affect the articles too:
http://i.imgur.com/iyQkjaf.PNG
http://i.imgur.com/n2yn552.PNGThis is the only problem affecting the site, as I am able to post, reblog and do other things on the site. This is the only site where the problem persists, and Firefox is the only browser in which this problem occurs (I tested it in Chrome and it works fine, but I would rather not switch to Chrome because I prefer Firefox). I deleted the history of Firefox, tried activating / deactivating the proxy, empty the cache, but the problem still persists. It has been like this for a little less than a week now, and while I thought that this would solve itself, it has not yet. Any help to fix this would be greatly appreciated

if I uncheck the checkboxes in Filter Preferences, will this completely disable Adblock Plus?
Filter preferences window is divided into two tabs:
- Filter subscriptions. Nothing here can cause problems. In case of problems, all first right-click each subscription on the left and choose Update filters. If the problem persists, you can report on the Adblock Plus forum that filter list managers can solve the problem.
- Custom filters. Here are the filters that you have created yourself. You can
- Clear the check boxes next to the categories he there to turn them off.
- Right click and select Delete to remove them completely.
- Identify which specific filters problems and remove them as described in the above thread.

@font-face can not work in Firefox but work on other browsers.
I made a website and uses a police custom requiring a @font-face for styling. I used Internet Explorer, Firefox and Chrome to check if the CSS script works and I found it works well, except Firefox.
I tried to find resources or questions about it, but it seems difficult. Will there be web programmers who know this problem?
Here is the code:
{@font-face}
Police-family: of yore;
SRC: url("font/Yesteryear-Regular.woff");
}To all the people who helped me in this topic, thank you very much. I found what the problem is... In fact the Firefox does support the EOT file type and make the entire side @font destroyed. I removed it and only put WOFF file in CSS and it works now.
Thank you very much.

datpiff may not broadcast on firefox, but on all other browsers, it's OK? It's embarrassing
check these links urself, they spread smoothly on chrome, etc.
http://www.datpiff.com/pop-mixtape-player-2014.2.php?Mediaid=m24050af & TrackID = 6
but firefox? Forget it
The link you provided above also works on my Firefox browser. Maybe you do not have Flash installed or your version is perhaps obsolete.
Please check if all your plugins are up to date. To do this, go to the Plugin Check site.
Once you are there, the site will check if all your plugins have the latest versions.
If you see in the list of plugins that have a yellow button to update or a red button update now , please put to update these immediately. To do this, click each yellow or red. Then you should see a site that allows you to download the latest version. Double-click the downloaded file to start the installation and follow the steps in the installation process.

Firefox not displaying not cursor site properly but works in other browsers

The #megaMenu is launched to the left, so he pushes div.featuredposts right. Try adding clear: left to div.featuredposts so that it wraps down beyond the float.

Tab and control keys do not work the browser Firefox (my browser is up-to-date). The buttons work in IE and Chrome, however, until I realized that, I even changed my keyboard for a brand new, hoping that would solve the problem.
Hello arlusk, the problem is probably an extension that is not working properly. Try Firefox Safe mode to see if the problem goes away. Safe mode is a troubleshooting mode, which disables most of the modules.
(If you use it, switch to the default theme).
- You can open Firefox 4.0 + in Safe Mode holding the key SHIFT key when you open the desktop Firefox or shortcut in the start menu.
- Or open the Help menu and click on the restart with the disabled... modules menu item while Firefox is running.
Once you get the pop-up, simply select "" boot mode safe. "
If the issue is not present in Firefox Safe Mode, your problem is probably caused by an extension, and you need to understand that one. To do this, please follow article Troubleshooting extensions, themes and problems of hardware acceleration to resolve common Firefox problems .
To exit safe mode of Firefox, simply close Firefox and wait a few seconds before you open Firefox for normal use again.
When find you what is causing your problems, please let us know. It might help others who have the same problem.
Thank you.

Policies changed in the Firefox browser - not in any other browser.
You can write a check for corrupted fonts and duplicate and other police issues:
- http://www.thexlab.com/faqs/multipleappsquit.html - help book 2.0 fonts: looking for damaged fonts
- http://www.CreativeTechs.com/IQ/garbled_fonts_troubleshooting_guide.html
You can do a test of fonts to see if you can identify the corrupted fonts.

Since a recent update of Firefox links to several Web sites is no longer working. They used to be fine and I liked Firefox. The problems do not exist with other browsers such as Internet Explorer, Google Chrome. Specifically, on talktalk.co.uk news links do not work, any more than those in 'my account '. On Barclays.co.uk the link to print my statement works no-same on MBNA.com
There are several solutions proposed around the internet, but all are complex, so far none have worked and I don't see why I should have to make the suggested adjustments. Firefox has been great - now, it is not. The problem seems to be the update. Please help me get my Firefox where it should be.AFAICT then who are perfectly normal links on the news page
The http://www.talktalk.co.uk/ opens if I click the guide Link TV/news on the https://sales.talktalk.co.uk/ page.
If I right click on a link and use inspect element to open the Inspector then I see that there is an event onclick on the links (annex 'ev' button), so make sure that you are not blocking JavaScript.
Start the computer in safe mode Windows with network support (on the startup screen, press F8) as a test to see if that helps.

The home page appears small with the fine print. May not have to change with minimize - maximize by clicking. Works fine with other browsers. All other pages web email ok. Using windows 7
The enlarge/restore button changes the size of the Firefox window, not the content of the web pages.
You may have accidentally zoomed out on this site, or the site may just have a text that is smaller than the others.
- To restore the zoom level, hold Ctrl on your keyboard, then press 0 (the zero key).
- To increase the zoom level, or hold CTRL and use the mouse wheel, or hold CTRL and press +

Using an IP191 monitor, have random horizontal stripes on the screen - have no problems with other browsers. also no problem with FF on the other PCs on the family.
These "streaks" seem to be the domain of the high frequency analysis; they can be eliminated by scrolling upwards or downwards.
Hello, maybe it's a problem with hardware acceleration - try updating your graphic driver, or in case this does not solve the problem, or there is no new version available at the time, disable hardware acceleration in the firefox menu

I tried to connect to my email yahoo for two days without success. I get the same error msg 'Bad request syntax.' I can connect in other browsers. Clear my cache and reset Firefox did not help. Know not what else to do.
This can be caused by corrupted cookies.
Clear the cache and cookies only from Web sites that are causing problems.
"Clear the Cache":
- Firefox/tools > Options > advanced > network > content caching Web: 'clear now '.
'Delete Cookies' sites causing problems:
- Firefox/tools > Options > privacy > Cookies: "show the Cookies".
If clearing cookies doesn't work, then it is possible that the cookies.sqlite file that stores the cookies is corrupted.
Rename (or delete) cookies.sqlite (cookies.sqlite.old) and delete the other files of cookies as cookies.sqlite - journal in the profile folder of Firefox in the case where the cookies.sqlite file has been corrupted.

Java does not work with Firefox (but works with Safari)
My computer is showing that Java is not enabled through Firefox. When I try to go in Tools/Add-ons, I see that there is no Java plugin on this list (although I already had no problem with Java). When I run the software update on my Mac, it says my software is up to date. Don't know what else to do. Java is working in Safari, so the problem is clearly with Firefox. I tried to disable all my plugins and empty my cache. Nothing did.
Apple has removed in favor of the Java Plugin2 with the latest Java Update 10 for the OS X version 10.5 Java, so the Java plugin is no longer available for versions of Firefox and other browsers like Google Chrome which require the Java Plugin2.
There's fix for this in Firefox 6 or Firefox 5.0.1 if this version will be available, so that Firefox will find the plugin.
I don't know if all Java applets will still work on OS X 10.5 with this fix (Apple recommends the update to OS X 10.6).
