• Maximum RAM for 13 and 15 inches?

  A quick search on Google shows that the RAM maximum 8 GB for models 13 "and 15" for late 2011 and mid-2012. My uncle has a 15 "end 2011 MBP with 16 GB. The 8 GB means 8 GB in each slot? I was looking to upgrade my MacBook like they turned slowly.

  I own a laptop Satellite Pro 3410, it has pentium celeron 600, 64 MB of ram and 13 '' dstn display. I want to upgrade my ram, somewhere, I read that it can be improved with 256 MB, so that there then 320Mo. My question is now, what I have to use 2 pieces of 128 MB of ram or can I use 1 piece of 256 MB of ram. The point is a friend gave me a 256MB ram for PC laptop (pc-100) toshiba, I put it and it seems to work (win2k showed me the 320Mo compleet), but can it be problems, using this a big RAM?

  I think you mean a Satellite Pro 4310?

  Normally it only uses the modules of memory up to 128 MB. But if your laptop is running with this 256 MB module, there should be no problem.

  I found some interesting info on this good old classic. Your Tecra can handle with max 256 MB of RAM. Tecra 8000 has two memory slots, and you can use two 128 MB modules.

  Module 128 MB compatible is with PA2062U part number.

  Hi I have a Satellite A60 with 512 MB DDR preinstalled in a slot. I want to install a 1 GB of additional ram from crucial. have a few questions:
  1 Toshiba A60 manual says that maximum RAM in two slots should not exceed 1.5 GB. That means 1500 MB literally like 512 + 1024 = 1536. I know its stupid but the hassle of a return of the items after the purchase is a pain.
  2. the Crucial website says that maximum RAM in two slots is 1280 MB.

  You have 512 MB of internal memory and an expansion slot.
  If the maximum is 1.5 GB.

  I think that your model is not on the site of Toshiba, because it s an old but why you don't find your model on the Toshiba site, if you want to increase the RAM? Official website of Toshiba, you can order new RAM modules.

  I tried a bit with Google and I founded the part number for 1 GB RAM DDR2 400/533; It s PA3411U-1M1G.
  If you're looking for with Google too you should find a few online shops where you can buy it. Alternative contact you service provider allowed. They also sell new RAM for your laptop.

  And in my view you can also use RAM from Kingston for example. I have good experiences with Kingston.
  As far as I know Toshiba doesn't produce its own RAM. It s RAM other manufacturers like Kingston, but only with another label.

  Just bought an eMachines 633ids work today. The PC is old and it came with 64 MB of SDRAM. I have an eMachines broken T1742 with 128 MB of RAM. I was wondering if I could put the T1742 broken in the new 633ids RAM. It will work and is it safe? I don't know if RAM of the broken T1742 is good because the motherboard is shot. Do I just buy new RAM for the 633? If so I wouldn't mind putting money into it because it is in perfect condition. I paid $15 for it.

  I'm a nut FSX but have very IT limited knowledge. I wanted to achieve the best result for FSX (this 2 me not a game cos I can afford is more to fly the flat light where I 300hours and noticed a true likeness in fsx to plans I stole) so I bought the new PC i7/920 call t0 3.6 ghz. NVIDIA gtx285. 6 GB/ram/166 corsair.and installs 3 x monitor @22 inch with TrackIR 5.I thought I was going to enter Heaven FSX. However majority or all of the FSX CD I my system 32 bits do not appear in the installation of 100%. I appreciate the new way of loading FSX in 64-bit is different from 32-bit, etc.. My main complaint is I lose my GPS function on mission downloads and it's not good. I understand there is a way to increase the use of the ram for 32-bit (works 100%) where there has never been a problem, but seems very complicated. I currently use the resolution of 1980 but 3 screen in place will be allowed to 1680 etc.. HOW can I REACH 100% DOWNLOAD WITH 64 BIT as I can with 32 bits, which is limited to 3 GB of ram. Any FSX readers in addition to my download problems, what I need to have an incredible fast pc including 4 times cheaper than my cp very dear son. FSX is super super smooth with cadence to the max

  Vista 64 bit is compatible with the game and you should get all the functions. When you download missions and if missing the GPS function, imply that there are no required files on the PC for the game. I suggest that you uninstall and reinstall the game once and see if it works.

  You can also try to reduce the graphic details in the game Options.

  I contacted Acer via the online form and they said:

  The problem is, the user guide they're talking about is "Generic" for the entire line E1-531. Basically, there just pictures of ports and a guide for the use of the temperature and of course a lot about your product registration.

  Also, search this site, forums and not, the acer store and several others and some ' net research I couldn't get an answer to this. So I'm glad that they go back to me so fast... yet, funny that info is not easily available...

  Theoretically, 1 GB should be maximally to P3M units, but some Celeron machines have a slot already filled, that is why I ask the model number.
