  I'm fighting to implement all my needs on a new BB Tour 9630. I managed to get Google calendar sync, but only one-way, from Google

  for the 9630. I think I need to put it to the two-way synchronization, but for the life of me, I can't find where it's done. I looked through all the parameters

  and the options menu.  Help on Google shows a page but on Outlook. I'm trying to sync to Google for the BB - no involvement of outlook.

  I got the two-way synchronization to work. I reinstalled the Google sync program and it seems to work. Not sure of the exact

  reaons.

  So, for the record, it works with the 9630 and there is no need to involve the Outlook. If you want to convert your existing caldenar you will need to sync once, but if you create a new calendar, you must never Outlook.

  Google calendar is not listed because it is not compatible with the Desktop Manager. If you want to synchronize your Google with a BlackBerry calendar, then you can use a program called Google Sync.

• Synchronization of Windows 8 with Google calendar calendar seems to be one way only

  I added my Gmail account in Windows Mail 8. E-mail seems to follow successfully between the two accounts.

  Things don't work that way with the calendar app. I can see the elements that went into my Gmail account from the application calendar in Windows 8. However, if I add a new item in the calendar of Windows 8, it does not appear in my Gmail Calendar.

  My short term solution is to only use one calendar. Because I can be sure of the Google Calendar - and it works fine on Windows, Android and iOS, this is the one I'm sticking with for now.

• Thunderbird freezes when Windows 10 fate of mode 'sleep'. SOLVED by disabling lightning, provider for Google Calendar and calendar Tweak

  Thanks for the help. Until now, deactivation of lightning, provider for Google Calendar and calendar Tweaks seems to have solved the problem. If it begins to freeze again, I'll do Mode without fail a test.

• Calendar (lightning) does not connect to Google Calendar

  I read this article: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/using-lightning-google-calendar , but I still seem to have some difficulty getting flashes to work with Google.

  All I'm trying to do is to get read-only access to the calendar (read/write would be ideal, but it seems provider for Google calendar was not compatible with Thunderbird/Lightning for awhile), if I did the following:
  -Made my Google public calendar
  -Copy the iCal URL
  -Created a new calendar in lightning using the Google iCal URL

  I tried all possible combinations of "http" / "https" and iCal and CalDAV, without success. None of my events/appointments will appear in the lightning at all, even if calendars are created "successfully."

  I use:
  -Mac OS X 10.9.2 "snipers".
  -Thunderbird 31.0
  -Lightning 3.3

  Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

  There is always a compatible version of the provider for Google calendar available on AMO. You need version 0.32 for 3.3 lightning.

  I'm having problems to make my Google Calendar (online since the iGoogle homepage) to sync with my phone. I can get the calendar of events that I add on my phone is displayed in my Google Calendar. When I add/delete, etc., the changes are there within minutes. I waited hours and nothing on the web is still coming to my phone.   Only the google account that is active under the Gmail (not the widget messagin) application can be synchronized calendar. Other gmail accounts that are added under messaging will simply e-mail accounts.

  What happens if clear the calendar and then save? Maybe uncheck, add a calendar event, and then save. You can also use the menu button and then "Synchronize now".

  Another place to look is your calendar - if you have more then one, to make sure they are all displayed. Open the calendar more-> you-> Menu-> my calendars and make sure that your Google calendar is selected.

  RoundyO, unfortunately, you are dealing with a limitation of the software you use is controlled by Google. HP printers only interpret and print information that is sent to them, beyond their software packages do not change the print.

  Same as alternative Outlook isn't really great: it is read-only. So you can see what is on your Google calendar from within Outlook, but you cannot make changes or add new appointments.

  Google suggestion is to use the website to their calendar, but my personal suggestion would be to use any other calendar provider.  You can make your choice, just about all of them are more open and more universal than Google.

• Google calendar can not connect to the calendar app

  On a new computer (Surface Pro :) I have connected my Gmail account to my Mail app and it worked as it did on my old computer. When I closed my Mail app I was expecting to see my Google calendar event appear, but nothing was there. I open the calendar application and went settings, and then click accounts. • Used to synchronize Google Calendar

  Last week, my phone got logged out of my Palm the day profile overnight and since then I had a few problems with my pre, namely that used to sync my Google Calendar.

  I would try to remove all the items for Google; Calendar, Contacts, and electronic mail, restart the device and then add gmail back again once, all others will automatically add. • Problem adding Google Calendar iCal

  I have a Mac Mini running on OSX El Capitan version 10.11.6. My calendar app is version 8.0. I tried to add my Google calendar to the calendar application. I followed the basic instructions posted on the sites to support mac and Gmail, but it does not work. I did it both ways and both ways do not work. I have entered my preferences of calendar on my mac, go to the accounts and see every time:

  It seems only my email in sync with my computer. So I click on the box of the calendar and close system preferences. When I open system preferences again, the calendar box is not checked. What I'm doing wrong and how I get it so there is 2 way to sync with my google calendar and the calendar on my computer?
