  I'll be happy to help you with the problem you have with the computer. I understand the frustration when things do not work as it should.

  To activate the BiLocker:

  1. Open the BitLocker Drive encryption by hitting on any fly in the right edge of the screen, quilting search (or if you use a mouse, pointing to the top right of the screen, move the pointer of the mouse down and then clicking search), registering BitLocker in the search box, type, or by clicking on settings and then by typing or clicking on BitLocker Drive encryption.

  2. Press or click enable BitLocker. You may be prompted for an administrator password or to confirm your choice.

     The configuration of BitLocker Drive Encryption dialog box opens.

  3. Follow the instructions.

• You need to get the printer to Epson EPL-7500 driver that works under Windows 7.

  My Epson EPL 7500 is not included in the list of printers US shown in the choice of printer install in Windows 7.  I called Epson and they no longer support this printer but suggest that contact Microsoft to see if they have new drivers for Windows 7 (is this printer on the XP list).  I was unable to find a free way to ask microsoft to this topic.  Any ideas?

  Their adviser is false - Microsoft creates no drivers, is the manufacturer of the equipment.  So if Epson does not offer drivers so there is zero and the unit will not work under Windows 7.

  A possible cause of this error is that Firefox is configured to run as administrator.

  Make sure that Firefox is not set to run as administrator.

  Right click on the desktop Firefox shortcut and choose "Properties".

  Make sure that all items are disabled in the tab "Compatibility" in the Properties window.

  • Privilege level: "Run this program as Administrator" should not be selected
  • "Run this program in compatibility mode for:" must not be selected

  Also check the firefox.exe program properties in the program Firefox (C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\) folder.

  12.69GBs is the approximate size of a recovery Partition, which once used gives your computer to the condition it is in when you bought it new.

  Ask the manufacturer of your computer what it's for.
