  You don't need the 'value' here, in the view XML Source will look like your caption for field, something like;

  Text field

  You can see that the color is an element with a value attribute and posture is only an attribute (so does not have a value property)

  The problem I found is that it does not appear in mode 'selection' in the 'Settings' box of Notifications.
  Its information line currently shows the text in gray (unselectable) color rather than black (selectable).

  For unknown reasons, the tutorial of vistax64 does not help, so I don't see why not, there is another way...

  Do a system restore. Choose the date where all the icons in the taskbar were present and functional as your restore point.

  Start button > Search box, type system restore > press the Enter key > uac prompt > click on choose a different restore point > next > select dates as your restore point, until the click > next > finish
  To sit and wait. The machine restarts when it's done.

  Go to the Photoshop preferences > 3D > check whether it shows VRAM than 3072 MB

  Look for the system updates and see if there are updates waiting for your graphics card drivers.

  And make sure that the document you are opening is in RGB and CMYK mode not.

  I have an InDesign Document with a handful of images and text on the top or near the images. This should be so simple, but for some reason, I keep having this problem. There is no build-up on the given word and I can't place any text on one of the images. All the settings for all of the images in this scenario are the same. I'm fine with everything else but this one...

  I don't see any boxes hidden or anything else for that matter. I've recreated text boxes and still have the same problem it appears then disappears or I can get only part of the Word visible on the image, then a + sign comes... It should work please help. I tried to recrete this particular image and word a handful of times its just not the text box woking sometimes added a sign which does no sense, I tried a different text alignment so +...   In Acrobat Reader if you're going to see menu and scroll all the way to ' Read out Loud ' and activate it, you can listen to the texts.  And you can also take the blinking cursor and click on the sentence or paragraph and a box turns around the sentence or paragraph and reads within the selected text.  But in Acrobat DC the cursor flashing in the text box has changed to a f * k * g hand grabber and you stop to select whatever it is!  How can we change back the hand f * k * grabber g in a cursor blinking so I can choose the text I want to listen or to highlight or mark?  Can someone help me on this?

  You can change the options to use Select or hand tool under Edit > Preferences > General

  Also, if you have selected "use keys.. accelerators" option, then you can simply press V as the shortcut key for the selection tool.

• Gray out or disable the text box

  I have a drop-down list called CN_Entry_Initials with options of a "C" or a "N". I also called Part_Number to enter a part number in a text box. I want the text box part number be grayed out or disabled until a "C" or an "N" was chosen out of the CN_Entry_Initials of the menu drop down. I have this operation, except that I can't add it to almost anything. I think it's something to do with the way in which I have if statement for this disabled text box, or do I have to change the touch of a button "submit it". Does anyone know how to fix this? Below is the javascript and the drop down menu code menu and the text of the box as well as to add it or submit button. There are additional stuff in Javascript I have on the page, but I don't need to worry about those things because they do not work properly. I have the code text box disabled in the upper part of the javascript in the verify() function code. Thank you.

  Seems that the braces "{" Javascript function are incorrect, the audit function performs only the feature of toggling the Part_Number text box which is the reason why the alert function worked when you added it in here.

  What you can do is to create a separate function which just active / disable the Part_Number text box and add it to the onchange event of the area of selection.

• Help, DG filtering using the combobox controls and the text box

  I have a DG populated an arrayCollection collection. I have a text input where I can type in my search criteria to filter the DG. I also have a combo box that contains a list of all the columns in my DG, so I can determine what column to apply the filter.
  
  I was able to make a filter text on a DG in the past, if I use a static data in my arraycollection collection name, but this time I want it to be dynamic using the drop-down list box.
  Here is an example of my configuration:
  DG contains columns A, B, C, D and E. The drop-down list box contains the choices A, B, C, D and E - including the label and the value of the data are the same in this case. If I select choices from the drop-down list box and start typing in my text entry, the DG should start to filter according to my entry that is contrary to the values of column D.
  
  Here's my code work for static column D filtering:

  (5) go to OBJECT/INSERT HTML
  6) paste it into the code before you cut the text box
  (7) OK and close the menu INSERT HTML code

  If the Script works, we could change with HTML code inside a text box to an object HTML (video, card, animations,...)

  The first step could be manually selecting each text box or by selecting all of the boxes that start automatically by "< iFRAME '

  Hello - I use the latest version of Adobe Illustrator CC on Windows 7. I need to make a text box with columns to 32.875 w x 20 h. I use the text tool, draw the box at that size and then open the "type area options" dialog box to specify the column number, gutter width etc. and it automatically resizes the text to 13.888 box w x 13,889 h without fault. I try to type the right width and height in the appropriate space and I hear the windows "error". When I click on 'Preview' show me the box of text resized to 13.888x13.999 so I don't see what I'm doing. It's infuriating, please, someone else had this problem?

  I checked the window of 'transformation' - and the 'blocking' to constrain the proportion of width and height is "unlocked."

  I has a limit to the width of the columns that you have found. For the size that you want, you will need to do it manually.

• HELP: How to create the link via text boxes

  An action to go to another page in the document can be attached only to a form or a link object field. When you add text using the typewriter tool that you add an annotation, which cannot do.

• The text color will appear washed out when written in the text boxes. Help?

  As you can see in the first picture, the color of my text becomes faded as it moves to the next text box. I got the color of real black text of the text on the left by copying and pasting my text at random (do not paste in a text box). It seems that when the text is placed in a text box (as seen in the 2nd and 3rd images), it automatically searches faded.

  I suspect that you have selected the text box and applied transparency as well as the image.

  OK so I have a simple quiz that I worked on where I'm asking the user to enter there name in a text box on the first slide to begin the test.  I will reference the name that they typed in after performing the test on the results page.  I have a problem I'm running into is the defalt quiz does not seem that the results page allow you the ablity to add any new fields.  I would really like to have a message to display on the results page that says something like "Thank you {NAME OF PERSON TAKING TEST} your results are lower."  Does anyone know how to do this?  Using Captivate 7.
