  Due to virus I had to rebuild PC using the RECOVERY partition on hard drive. All windows updates have been applied to date (August 2011). NEW once AGAIN, this WORKED BEFORE, NOW THE MASTER OPTION IS GRAYED OUT.  I have a brand new DVD + R blank and tried several of them thinking it was the disk (I've used this same brand (magnavox) DVD + R 4 years now never this problem of the "controlled" option is grayed out.) I use the same DVD burner which came with the PC and it allowed me to select the option "Mastered" last month (July 2011). I am using Windows HomePrem 32-bit OS (originial system that came with PC and this allowed me to select the mastered option last month. I applied all the updates Win at present. I have no other problems with the PC. Once again, driving the nail: this WORKED BEFORE, last month on the exact same hardware and the software/OS (Juillet2011), then why this option appears GRAYED out now?  This question has been asked before and 'experts' simply stressed totally USELESS MS pages showing how to select either under control or direct - I DO NOT NEED THIS HELP as I ALREADY KNOW HOW TO SELECT either option and what each is for. Also the other 'fixed' DOES NOT APPLY to this situation. I have a host of (222 blank GB) of disk space and a lot of RAM (4 GB) and again I WAS able TO select the "mastered"option before my restoration." Help!

  The page you are showing has noting to do with the installation of an ISO Image, it takes to with the virtual hard disk.  The ISO Image is assigned to the CD/DVD in the settings of the Virtual Machine if you don't select it in the wizard at the beginning.

  Documentation (integrated help file).

  1 Select file > new.

  2 the new Virtual Machine Assistant starts.

  3 click on continue without disc to go to the installation media Panel.

  4 in the installation media Panel, click on the image or use operating system installation disc.

  5. use the drop-down menu to locate the file .iso for the operating system.

  6 click Open to identify the file and click on continue to go to control panel of the operating system.

  We use the 11.1.2.3.500 EMP and we created our sides using shared library (EPMA) and all our dimensions are shared across the different planning Application.  Now we want to remove any of the dimension of Shared Library and right-click on the dimension in the shared library, the delete option is greyed out.

  Can someone let me know how I can remove the size of the shared library.

  No, the soft part of the operating system, so it would mean reload the iOS together. Have you tried a forced reboot yet?

  This problem has been all resolved with many tests - there ended up being a program called RoboForm (password remember program in the taskbar) has been walking on organizing PSE.  I disabled RoboForm and everything worked, he turned back and organizer failed on the Album / Edit.  I did at least a dozen times and each time the results were predictable - Organizer is broken when RoboForm was conducting and organizing worked when RoboForm has been turned off.

  So, if you are using AVG firewall, it's wise to just disable the XP firewall for more than a firewall running at the same time can lead to performance problems.  Choose one or the other, but not both.

  I thought installing AVG would understand this by itself, and you know what to do (used to) but I do not want to install AVG to see.
