  Hello. For your computer to recognize the device, if it was recognized before, would mean that either your use of Windows XP or an older operating system. Unfortunately, USB streaming is not supported by Windows Vista, Windows 7 and Mac. But using a different connection: IEEE1394 (i.link or firewire) connection it should work with these operating systems.   Images II 7 d would be directly supported in Photoshop CS5 as requiring a new camera raw.
