Greenfield says it's 100%, but nothing happens...

Just bought and tried to download Adobe Acrobat Standard DC - installer says it's 100%, but it's not moving from here. I am running Windows 7 and use Google Chrome. Any suggestions would be helpful. Thank you.

unninstall correctly all that was installed.

clean by Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat tool - Adobe Labs

uninstall all cc including the cc desktop application, if that's what you call the "install wizard".

clean your computer of files cc by http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html

Restart your computer (do not skip this)

Reinstall the desktop app cc, https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud using the compatibility mode (https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb456979.aspx?f=255&MSPPError=-2147217396)

Use the desktop application to install your programs cc
