• Just bought a Nikon D750 but RAW files cannot be opened

  I recently bought a Nikon D750 and tried to download my RAW files from my camera card only my Mac. Yes, I got the jpg files and they could be opened, but none of the RAW files open, message says that the files are incompatible. I use a version of Mac OS X 10.9.5. I downloaded the latest DNG - 9.3.1 Converter but that made no difference. I don't want to use the Nikon View NX 2 because I don't like the program. I have it download on my Windows computer and Yes, I can see the RAW files, but then I can't transfer to something else. (I wanted to download on a USB key so that I can see the files on my Mac).  I use Photoshop elements 12 which is installed on my Mac and took the time to learn this program, I did not want to learn another program. I'm really disappointed that I invested a lot of money and have now gone back because I can't use RAW files. Can you help me?

  The D750 was initially supported by camera 8.7 gross which is only compatible with 13 elements and later.

  Options:

  1. Pay to move to 14 elements, or
  2. Free option: use the DNG Converter. Use then the 12 elements.

  How do you use the DNG Converter?

  Are you aware that this is a standalone application that allows you to convert D750 Raw files to DNG? Then, you change the DNG files in 12 items. An extra step for you, but no extra costs.

  I just bought a Nikon D750. I found that my PS elements 11 will not recognize my raw files. It is written: template file to camera that is not supported by the installed version of camera raw. Is there than a camera raw in I can go to so these files can be read?

  Import my raw since Lumix LX100 files into pictures. I use the standard library of the system OS X - El Capitan. I can see the photos marked as raw and I can use the standard editing tools. But the raw editing tools are grayed out only. Why?

  You mean RAW editing tools?  Photos is not no matter what specific RAW editing tools, there is only the "Use RAW Original title" and "Reprocess RAW" commands in the Image menu.  "Reprocess RAW" will be available in edit mode and only if the changed RAW support and reprocessing should be made to upgrade the treatment to the new version of the GROSS of RAW support.

  

  'Use the RAW Original title' is available I have editing as well, and only for the RAW & JPEG pairs, if you use JPEG format as the original.

  You may have installed an extension for processing RAW image editing?

  There is one line that is missing at the end of the config\Extensions\UIExtensionScripts\static\2147.js file. Please, add a line like below.

• Camera Raw does not always work with Nikon D750

  I installed the plugin Camera Raw Photoshop Adobe CC and all applications in the suite that use it and still can not open the raw files produced by some devices. If adobe offers an upgrade, you would think that they already takes into account that with the most recent.

  The latest installed versions are

  Camera RAW 9.7.0.688

  Photoshop CC 20160722.r.156 x 64

  Why is it still not fixed?

  Camera Raw has supported the D750 since version 8.7. There are many users who work with their D750 for quite awhile now. It seems that there is another problem with your system. You may use Nikon software to upload your images.  If this is the case, it may be them changes in a way that makes them unreadable by Camera Raw. But your experience is not compatible with many other users.

  I have a strange problem. My files to import and open fine on my iMAC 4.4 Lightroom but will not import the files on my macbook Lightroom? Any ideas?

  Cannot open the D750 files in Lightroom 4.4. You need at least 5.7 Lightroom to open these RAW files.

  If they open up fine on a computer, then it has no 4.4 Lightroom, there a later version.

  Then, I suggest you to buy the upgrade to Lightroom.

  Some versions of Nikon software is known to corrupt Raw files, so they can be read by Adobe software.

  Try to import the camera to the computer using a card or drive directly via a cable from camera to the computer.

  I just bought a new Nikon D750. I dona all updates and I still have problems with Photoshop recognizing my new camera raw files. I have Photoshop CS5 v 12.1 and the raw plug is 6.7, which, according to what I read here are the versions I should have. But still problems.

  The camera Nikon D750 is supported with Camera Raw 8.7 and above.

  So, you need to update to Photoshop or you can download and install the DNG Converter.

  Hi, been using elements 10 and raw converter to process the images of nikon d5100, bought a Nikon 1 J2 but elements wouldn't let me open the raw files of J2 - saying "bad file type" - I said I need the 7.2 gross to open files, I tried to download 7.2 but I get a message saying not applicable to this application , I can get 7.2 for 10 items or do I have to update the items towards a more late version thanks to all

  Items 10 is only compatible with Camera Raw up to version 6.7.

  So, you have two options:

  1. Upgrade to the 14 elements, or
  2. Free option: download the free Adobe DNG converter, convert all 1J2 Nikon Raw files to DNG, and then change the DNG files in 10 items. An extra step for you, but no extra costs.

  You can set up your display of the user interface by using the user interface extensibility. You can learn more about the extensibility of the user interface in the Pack of extensibility.

  Here is an example of javascript that you can use to filter the fields weight gross and net.  You can add a var and tare weight.  The script is the targeting of fields based on their identification. You can find their identity papers using the tools of the developer of the browser. For example, the tare weight UOM dropdown ID is "ctl01_CtlPackagingAttributeCU1_ctlCollapsibleContentContainer_ctl00_ddTareWeight" you can find all the pkids GLU in the UOM db table.

  Make sure you have no business page in the system with all UOMs filter you selected.  If so, these selections will be lost.  You can further customize this script to include the selected UOMs if you prefer.

  Nikon D750 requires Lightroom version 6.0 or later. See camera of captives in Lightroom support

  It is not supported on the version 5.7.1
