  I see two ways to do what you want.

  Since there is no native function of CVI that works on a group of controls and permits of changing an attribute with an increase instead of an absolute value, you could simply iterate through a loop for which scans a series of elements, and for each one, the left attribute STRP or high and it attributes the increase was desired.
