• Parameters in cascade (guests) in responses

  I have a report that requires guests cascading, i.e. the value selected in the first limits invites the values that will appear in the second line. Example: If I have two guests for the Organization and the other for items, what I want to do should I get a list of basics on the chosen organization.
  
  I want to do it just in the Oracle replies. I don't want to create a dashboard. I know that in the dashboard you can can force the list of values based on the previous message.
  
  Is this possible in reports of answers? If Yes, can someone please give me some advice on how to do?

  Yes you can do this in the answers, using the column guests.

  When you create the guest column, select the button radio "limited values. Does it mean that the values will be limited based on the selected previous messages.

  Guests of scope are not specific to the user, but incase you need to do this then you will need to create the edge/separate pages for the users/grps table that is long and tedious process (AVOID)

  What you mean here... 2 independent things, I'd say. There are several ways to improve performance once the needs of the business are met.

  Dashboard report folders can be managed using the report properties

  Can use request Direct to database to point to a valid connection pool and write SQLs

  What do you mean here? Dashboard is just a layout where various queries and reports are integrated. CAB always change you it.

  Not possible at the level of graphical property but workarnds are there to satisfy operational requirements.

  Option 1 is LAN - LAN and requires that the DHCP service is disabled on the Router 2.

  Assume option 1:

  • Guest access not exist anymore (because it requires DHCP... even if it is on a different subnet)?
  • PC that is connected to Router 2 will receive their IP address of Router 1?

  Guest access to Router 2 is not available. Should work the Router 1 however.

  DHCP server on the Router 1 will provide addresses IP to all PCs no matter if they connect to Router 1 or 2.

• Switches cascaded - LGS116P & LGS108P

  Hi support them!

  I have following question on two switches cascaded in a network with the same IP address range in the same network. But first I want to describe a little things.

  I own a small hotel and already bought material for my new network and offering also a WLAN access to my guests. The use is an ASUS AC68U-DSL AC1900 VDSL Modemrouter that deals with the Internet of my ISP and the DHCP on my network.

  In my office, I have connected the Linksys LGS116P, at the same time to the ASUS DSL - AC68 16-port. This switch is used for different peripheries like computers and network printers. And it has also connected 2 Access Points Linksys LAPAC1200 to the LGS116P which are used as Points of WIFI access in the rooms of the hotel.

  Now, I want to connect a Linksys108P switch directly to the 116P Linksys switch. 116 P is on the second floor. Here I have a network jack with a Cat5e cable that connects the network jack on the first floor.

  So now, I have how to connect these 2 switches Question?

  I read on the waterfall. Is this possible with these switches?

  My idea is:

  (a) second floor - suite of equipment is used:

  (1) the Modem Asus manages the IP addresses and the Internet connection

  (2) the Linksys LGS116P is connected to one of the Lan Ports Modem Asus

  (3) of the LGS116P it has connected the outskirts (printer network, computers, 2 Linksys LAPAC1200 Access Points)

  So far so good. Now, I want to connect my existing network of other suburbs on the first floor!

  (4) I intend to put a cat 5e cable and connect the LGS116P to the existing network socket. This Jack on the second floor has a cat5e cable that connects the network jack on the first floor.

  (5) I put a cat5e cable and connect the LGS108P and the network on the first floor

  (6) I connect to other peripheries (Paylife card Service, computers, printers network, Linksys LAPAC1200 Access Point) with the LGS108P

  All my peripheries should have the same IP address range. The IP´s are managed by the ASUS Modem.

  Now my question: can I connect the LGS108P as plug & play live as I indicated in 4,5,6 above the LGS116P via cascading? Or make a problem?

• E4200: Guest access: no IP address on the routers of the waterfall

  configuration:

  2 wireless routers E4200.

  LAN - LAN connected to a cable.

  Router 1 is connected to the internet and has active DHCP.

  Router 2 is NOT connected to the internet and has disabled DHCP.

  Wireless is enabled on both of them with the same SSID.

  account/guest access is enabled on them.

  It works:

  laptop connects to normal WIFI on Router 1--> internet works (IP: 192.168.1.150)

  laptop connects to normal WIFI on Router 2--> internet works (IP: 192.168.1.150)

  laptop connects to the WIFI router 1--> internet reviews works (after the screen connection in Internet Explorer) (IP: 192.168.33.108)

  It does NOT work

  laptop connects to Router 2--> internet reviews WIFI does NOT work

  --> laptop does she not get an IP address

  ?

  When I connect to the normal Wifi on Router 2, I get an IP address from the DHCP on the Router 1

  But when I do the same with the Router 2 REVIEWS WIFI, it does not request an IP address from the Router 1

  anyone ideas?

  comments network only works if the router is connected with its internet port. You cannot use the network invited on the router cascading with the LAN - LAN configuration.

  I have a line of dashboard (scope: Page), when the user selects the value in the command prompt and click on apply an another guest of dashboard (hidden section) fills the values and then this variable of presentation is mentioned in the report.

  Question: Refresh the guest placed in the hidden not part and assign the value to the variable of presentation.

  For example:

  Section 1 > prompt dashboard

  (1) from the Date

  (2) Id analysis: (guest of cascade, founded date selected)

  Variable presentation: pAnalysisId

  (3) moral: by default all the values in the column

  Section 2 > fast dash (apply button then refresh is disabled)

  Analysis of parent IDs:

  See the value: select 'parent_anlysis_id' from 'SubjArea1' where 'id of analysis' to (@{pAnalysisId})

  Default value: Select 'parent_anlysis_id' from 'SubjArea1' where 'id of analysis' to (@{pAnalysisId})

  Presentation Variable: pParentanalysis

  The report columns

  Column report form:

  Only the pAnalysisId happens. The presentation variable analysis Parent is not to set.

  NOTE: If I display the section in which I placed the guest of the dashboard for the Parentanalysisid, the report works very well.

  Problem is solved. The problem is in the report, all the filters have been based on variable presentation, which was not refreshing with prompt hidden values. Add a column with "is"lead"in the report and now values happen.

• Why should I is no longer the option 'Guest' in the Sierra calendars?

  After the upgrade to Sierra, I see is no longer the 'Guests' in the calendar option, nor can I change the date and time information.  I can add "Guests" of the iPhone and the show up on the calendar of the Sierra, but I can't edit, add guests, or change the time.

  I checked that I am still connected to iCloud that I continue to receive the prompt and acceptances.

  Solved the problem. Disconnected iCloud (told to keep the calendar, etc. on this Mac). Signed back into account iCloud and everything is "good"!

  I recently deleted my hotmail account (started doing weird things) and, using my MacBookPro, updated 10.8.6 my Apple ID to my gmail account. However, now on my 9.5.3 iPhone I am constantly invited to check my Apple ID fortunately xxx@hotmail prompt includes a NOT NOW button as well as the SETTINGS because the settings does not allow me to modify my code to Apple. That is what it is? (Hopefully, my insert of the screenshot of the guest appears here.)

  Enter the password associated with the address @hotmail on the iPhone, and then disconnect you the device completely and reconnect you with the address @gmail.

• Can't disable/remove user guest - El Capitan

  I'm on a late 2013 iMac 21.5 inch El Capitan running.

  I can't disable/remove a user account called. The minus sign "-" is grayed out.

  It seems that this "guest user" account is also that stop me to upgrade to Sierra but that's another topic.

  I have exactly the same on all my systems regardless of the version of the OS. It's normal. This account is owned by the system, so you cannot remove it. It will affect your facility Sierra as there has been no impact on me.

  big problem with my MacBook pro 2011 running EL Capitan

  Everything was fine yesterday, but today, I woke up from his sleep and plugged a drive hard usb. the restarted mac of his own accord, and my user account is no rain now, just a guest account. I have run the built in utility disk from the inside of the guest and the account and the start screen of recovery - in both cases, when, through the process, but gave no serious error. I do not see other user accounts in the guest account but I can't create a new user account because it requires admin name / password and my old details are not recognized? Any ideas on what I should do next?

  PS - tried to start in SafeMode (by pressing the SHIFT key when starting), but once again, a few comments. I'm sure that I had no encryption hard drive forward what happened. In addition, it is a double bulkhead bootcamp with windows installed 10.

  You should leave it there - it can help you recover your mac in case it was stolen.

  I recently bought a macbook model 2013 end pro on eBay and the seller gave me the password for the user "guest".

  I changed the password to a blank password that I didn't have a password but I did not create a new user account.

  last night I installed clean OS X El Capitan, when installation is complete asked me a password at the login screen.

  I managed to pass the login password, but now I am trying to create a new password in system preferences, but I can't because I'm required to use a password to allow the change.

  Guest user is the only account on my Mac, so I have no idea what to do to get out of this mess.

  You wipe the drive and then do a fresh install of Mac OS X. You can do this via the network of restoration:

  Installer Lion through Mavericks

  1. Restart the computer and after the chime hold down the keys COMMAND + OPTION + R until it appears a globe. Wait patiently - 5 - 15 minutes - until appears the Utility Menu.
  2. Select in the Menu Utility disk utility and click on the continue button.
  3. Disk utility charges and select the player (usually, it's the entry Out-bumpy with of the mfgr.) ID and size) of the list to one side. Click the Partition tab in the main window of disk utility.
  4. Under the scheme of Volume defined heading the number of partitions in a single volume. Click the Options button, set the GUID partition scheme, and then click the OK button. Define the type of Format Mac OS extended (journaled). Click the Partition button and wait until the end of the process. Quit disk utility and re-enter the Utility Menu.
  5. Select reinstall OS X in the Utility Menu, and then click the install button.

  This should install it the original version of OS X comes with the computer originally.
