• Animated border and Muse integration help!

  OK, so I finally got the hang of border, but have now a problem that there solution may be simple but I can't find anything online.

  I wanted to put in place the banners on my site of muse.

  If away from what I've seen everything I want to do is animate on the edge then export and import the OAM in muse...

  But what about after that? I previewd it on Muse and fin looked at him, then I downloaded FTP and the content was missing.

  Part Board Animate

  1. create the project Animate Edge

  2. When you are finished, click on the file > publishing settings (menu command) > Tick & select animate Deployment Package.  (Take note of the ' parameter of target directory - you will need to go here when you're in Muse) Then click on the button control save in the lower right.

  3. go to file > publish menu command to complete the publication process to a .oam package file.

  The process above creates a .oam file that will be 'placed' in your Muse site.

  Minimize the edge host and go to part B.

  Part B Muse

  1. create the Site with Pages.

  2. now place the edge .oam animate.

  In the Plan tab, double-click the thumbnail of the page you want to place the file edge .oam animate.

  3. Once this page is open, go to file > Place. At the prompt, navigate to the package/publish/animated / folder (which was created from A.2) and select the package file .oam.

  4. click anywhere to 'drop' / place the charged reference .oam.

  5. now animate the Edge file is placed on a page, file > save your file in Project Muse website.

  6. now, you need save the project in html format. Go to file > export to Html format.

  7. at the prompt: enter the location of domain name you intend to download these project files; Set the location (in order to save the files) in a new folder (I named this file 'museTest') on your desktop. and then click OK.

  Part B, you should now have a folder on your desktop with the muse .html files exported.

  The exported file and the structure should look like this (outside my file named museTest):

  Now FTP the folder to your host.

  Part C Ftp program

  1 program open ftp of your choice (I use Filezilla).

  2 enter the identification information (ip/url, username and password) to your destination from the host.

  3. download the entire folder (mine is called "museTest") from the desktop to a folder on the remote server.

  Go to the destination of the remote folder via your browser of choice. So in my case I download the entire folder "museTest" at the root of the structure of my server I should be able to navigate the site in this way

  Or if your server does not by default enabled documents you will need to navigate to it directly, like this

  How did you create the animation? What software did you use to create the animation? Using Adobe edge, or another software?

  You can try the following steps: -.

  (1) put all the output files that are generated in the same folder that you want to export the output files of Muse.

  (2) in Muse, use object--> Insert HTML code... menu to insert the following code:

  "Project-head - r1v1.html" is a name of HTML file that is from your edge of release.

  Do not copy and paste the content in the "project-head - r1v1.html" file directly because it's different jQuery files and it will also make a duplicate Javascript include that break out.

  3 export your Muse site in the folder.

  If you use Adobe Edge to your animations, this thread offers some suggestions for how to include animations of edge in your Muse site, but just to remind here, now both Muse and Edge are beta products.   Your workflow is a bit wonky. Create a new text layer, Type in some text, move the CTI to the time where you want the animation to start, make sure that the text layer is selected, go to bridge and apply an animation using bridge by double-clicking. Drag the CTI to the bottom of the timeline to see if the animation was applied. If no animation has been added to a text layer, make sure that the text layer is selected and press U twice to see if changes have been made to the layer. Is was here no modification of the layer, and then make sure that EI and the bridge are up-to-date. If your versions are not and bridge and AE are not up-to-date, it is highly unlikely that you will be able to apply the animation to the bridge press.

  If you can't Bridge works then just the effect controls panel and preset and then find the one you want by typing the first letters of the name of the preset in the field find and apply the preset by dragging the PCE to the layer. Once the preset is applied, make sure that the text layer is selected and press U twice to reveal all properties modified layer of text so you can adjust the timing of the animation.

• Animation imported to the Muse does not work

  Created an animation in Animate, imported in a Web of Muse site and charge of the whole shebang on my new Web site. The Web site appears in my browser, but there is a large gray area fat where the Animate thing is. Says "we're sorry, this content requires Flash and it does not support.

  I thought that the ballyhoo all around this product because it has been working with Apple products.

  What I am doing wrong?

  If you want to use the HTML output only, start with a HTML5 canvas CC project. (or convert your existing project using Menu Commands > Convert to other document types and choose HTML5 Canvas from the option) animate.

  Once your project canvas of HTML5 is ready, export it as an OAM through publication settings.

  Place the OAM in Muse and test your site in the browser. It should all work fine this time, without the need of Flash Player.

  Hello. I posted about a month ago. I'm back because I have not yet solved this conundrum. I don't know if it is a Muse or delivers an edge so I write this in the two forums.

  The problem is that two of the main Edge animations on my Muse site (on the splash screen and the homepage) are missing files when they play.

  
  

  All troubleshooting I downloaded a Business Catalyst site created. Everything works as it should be on there, but not on my host and domain.

  When you looked at the files in the manosdesign.com/index.html , that I have observed that there are 13 missing images.

  

  Then, I checked the URL of one of the missing picture.  http://manosdesign.com/assets/manos_splashthree/MANOS_web.new/hand_top.jpg this path's capital letter inside and I was getting 404 error. When I removed the uppper uppercase in the path and replaced by lower-case letters, the computer showed me the image.

  This means that your FTP server is set to secret uppercase to lowercase in the record creation process. Now, you have 2 ways of more to come this problem.

  1. contact your webhost and ask them to change this behavior of the tiny upper case conversion and download it again, the site

  2. instead of using the current file of OAM, re - open your dashboard project animate > rename it with lowercase and publishing the OAM file that will have lower case name and file names. Use the new file OAM (with lower case the latter) and you should be all set.

• Implement edge animate button in Muse

  Hello

  Just a little question here, probably a really simple answer, but he could not find after searching around a few hours. What I'm trying to make is used to animate a button that is animated that I created on the edge to trigger another animation within the Muse (also to animate, IE a landslide of the Panel.) Now while this could probably be collected on board one and put together in Muse as a whole, I wanted the flexibility for other pages where I want to be able to change content frequently and trigger further action later as music links or even videos in a dynamic way.

  I know that I can add the action of 'click' > 'Link' action on board, but I don't think that will trigger an animation nor allow for demo test in muse to post a link to other pages meaning bugs, it will take living accommodation to test easily.

  Any advice is welcome!

  I've never used muse and I'm not familiar with it, but I guess using the AdobeEdge.boostrapCallback API is the path that you will want to take...
