half of my apps changed to trial in my creative cloud... Failed to contact customer service

Currently, I'm trying to contact customer service to ask WHY they removed half of my creative cloud apps whereas I always in my period of one year where I'm supposed to get all?

right now I am unable to support the customer given that not even the site does not work as it is supposed to do ( http://puu.sh/9zMNd/c5882e389a.png )

Currently, I only have access to the apps that I have already installed and a few others... the rest is no longer available as a trial now http://puu.sh/9zMU0/8b51a155a9.png (sorry for the Norwegian language in the application of cloud)

I pay $ 100 a month and they remove half of my apps is totally unacceptable in my view. I have not yet been informed by mail or by any other means on this change.

I received help on this... I signed the swarm of Creative Adobe and then signed in and everything was fine.
