Hallo, habe die downloaded Testversion (cloud Creative). Been Premiere Pro downloaded installed und dann. However steht da jetzt nicht "Testversion starten" sondern nur "aktiv". Weis also nicht wie die ich soll starten Testversion. Grüße

• Creative cloud falsely think that Premiere Pro is installed.

  So I have a little problem here. A few days ago, I downloaded and installed Premiere Pro trial through creative cloud, however my computer (Windows) ran into problems and I had to restore it back to the top of before that PP has been installed. I went to re - install through the creative cloud, however, she was already identified as being installed and only offered a "update" button that would fail whenever I tried.

  I can't "Uninstall" Premiere Pro, because it is not located on my computer anywhere and is not in Add/Remove programs. I also uninstalled and reinstalled cloud creative, but without success.

  Does anyone have an idea as to what I can do to remake a new installation of Premiere Pro?

  Please follow the steps:

  1. go to add/remove programs and uninstall CC Office if it is present.

  2. go to the Files(X86) C/Program Files/Adobe/OOBE /Common and rename to OOBE.old

  Go to the C/Program Files(X86) /Common Files/Adobe/Caps and rename to Caps.old

  3. download and install CC Office: https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud and you should see installation option.

  If it still does not work try to download Premiere Pro since the direct link: http://prodesigntools.com/adobe-cc-direct-download-links.html .

  Please follow the very important instructions before downloading.

  It's my first attempt to create and install a bunch of Mac; We are mainly a Windows shop hear at our College. A Mac lab administrator has used this same package to install on the iMac in a student lab, and he succeeded with a key USB of Thunderbolt.

  We copied the folder Build and Exceptions on an external USB hard disk and then copied on a Mac Pro Mid 2010 with OS X 10.9.2. However using the PACKAGE, the PACKAGE is not installed, we get this message: cannot open mediadb and files are corrupt. What is the best way to store and move these files PKG because our group has no Mac at our disposal or Thunderbolt readers because I think that corruption comes when we copy the files over the original Mac Pro and then on the USB key, then on another Mac. Any suggestion would be appreciated.

  This is how we solved. Used a disk 32 GB formatted Flash drive HFS + and then copied the files and file PKG brought you to the target Mac and copied the files and running the PKG and install Exceptions. Everything seems fine now.
