  We use the CS5 in our studio but was provided to an indesign CS5.5 file. I tried to download the 30 day trial to convert IDML but on three machines Mac and I tried to install it on two windows machines I get the error "Adobe InDesign is not authorized and will now leave."

  It's a mix of machines than previous had installed Adobe and also machines that never have no software other than to drive.

  I tried to uninstall, CS cleaning tool, resettlement, the works. Tried to call the Adobe Support here in New Zealand and got hooked on two occasions, before I could talk to a human being.

  In our frustration, we tried to purchase a subscription license and enter to start the software. Once again, 'Adobe InDesign is not authorized and will now leave." Even on a completely new installation (after the cleaner, etc.).

  What the hell is happening? Is there something wrong with Adobe servers?

  I was most of the night trying to solve this problem. So frustrating!

  Please check after changing your system to the Pacific standard time zone and then clock.

  Also specify the Tacker system on which you are facing because of theis, all it's on the entire system.

  Normally, I shoot with the 7dmarki and have never had any problems.  After troubleshooting my error message 'cannot open IMG1111 because it's the wrong file type', only the options have been updated plugin raw from the camera, to buy the latest version or uninstall and reinstall.  First train to the plugin to update because it was a leased device.  Thanks again!

  Thanks MichelBParis!  I didn't see where he said to 12 items.  I downloaded the free DNG Converter last night and not had much luck.  It is not recognizing that I have all files in the folder at all.  Don't know what I'm doing wrong!

  I think this is a related issue of Windows, because it is the Manager to save the windows file that we are talking about here (right?). You should contact Microsoft for help with this one, I think. You expect to be able to delete entries simply by touching delete on your keyboard when they are concentrated (that is how it goes for the removal of the form entries specific autocomplete in Firefox), but I have not tried.

• Have I inadvertently messed my Time Capsule?

  I tried to format an old 3.5 inch HD using disk utility - I wasn't focused and selected the drive time capsule and on the sparsebundle volume - I formatted the disk to use Master Boot and the sparsebundle bit to use ms - dos (Fat) (long story...). When I realized my mistake I force quit the utility. The backup of files appear to be affected--however, Time Machine does not work I get the following error: 'volumes/Data-1/XXXX.sparsebundle' could not be accessed (error 0 (null)).

  I restarted the time capsule using airport utility, and I tried to repair the disk using the disk without success. While using the disk utility I see that the "Apple Sparsebundle disk image Media" has a Master Boot Record Partition map and volume 'Apple spars' says it's a physical Volume outside of MS-DOS (FAT). It is even possible to format a volume in this way - keeping the files but by changing the file system? -If Yes, that is what is causing me the problem - and how I change it back? Or do I have to erase all my backups and start from scratch?

  Now, the backup is useless... Time Machine cannot use any other disc format except HFS + (Mac OS Extended journaled)

  All files on your system are now dead... your user files may be recoverable. If you need it. Make an archive from disk utility on a USB drive connected to the TC... It is very probably useless... but there it is... erase the disc at the same place and start a quick fresh clean backup.
