  Personally, I would install just without turning off. Worst thing that will l be happen you will need to disable a. Does not mean that you must uninstall just disable and when you need it, just disable one of the other and activate the current. But I assume CS5 because he is not yet supported most probably don't even follow the activations.   The Destination Panel does not appear? Try right click on one of the other names of Panel on the right side of the import dialog box and select Destination.
