• I want to confirm that I have access to a document if the site I got it from is no longer exists.

  I export a page on a Web site in pdf format.  The site said that in a few months they will be be shut down their site.  I want to be sure I'll still have access to these documents.  When I check the file type it says it's an adobe pdf and not a general pdf.  When I open the pdf file, it seems to take me up on the site (links work, etc.).  I'm afraid that when the Web site goes away, I can longer access the content of the document.  If this site no longer exists, I will be able to open the document (the links won't work) or I will lose everything?

  It depends on if the links visit the real website, or more pages in the PDF file. You can see easily seeing what app is running. You can also disconnect from the internet to be sure.

• I can't download files on the net, they are deleted to say that they have a virus (even those of the site!)

  This has happened since a month began in July.  I can't download the files on IE or Google Chrome or Firefox.  He goes through the process of downloading, then says they have a virus and have been deleted.  Some updates fail also.

  I'll have to download on another computer, and then to mine of USB... Tried with MSE... who did not just got an error code (do not remember what code) I removed AVG and Malware bites.  There is no other warranty on my laptop.

  Has anyone else had this problem and actually fixed it?  Is my laptop dead?  I have to reinstall everything?

• I have NO way to type in the site, of that I'm looking. What has happened in the field "address".

  When I'm on IE, I can type in the web address, hit "enter" and be directed to the place where I want to go. It is now in the Firefox application. Pretty weird.

  Try going to view > toolbars > Navigation toolbar. That will bring the address bar back.

  I also see that you are using an older version of Firefox. You should consider updating. There are many benefits to the latest version of Firefox. If you are interested, take a look at article of knowledge Update Firefox to the latest version.

  I think that will be more widely compatible. There may be some details that I missed, but hope this helps.

  I don't know why the minimum font size has not been applied as well in Firefox 3.6, but I suspect that this is the new normal.

• Unable to save the file in the site after upgrade

  Just upgraded to the new version of Muse.

  Open my site, tried to "save under" with a name change. Could not. Also not able to "Save".

  Have tried several times. Have now a few versions "recovered."

  When backups fail, I get:

  Site data, I guess you mean the files for your Web site.  If this is the case, then the answer is NO, you will not need to recreate from scratch, because during the installation of DW, it does not affect your personal data.

  In addition, when you have installed a newer version of DW CS6, he wrote too much the previous version of your DW CS3.  The two should always be on your hard drive so if you search for it, you will find it.

  If, by chance, you can't find your Web site files, you can download them from your host servers by using external FTP software or simply Import site using the DW module.

• I updated a page in Muse and realized that it was an older version of my web site. Can I export the site, edit the pages downloaded and opened upward in the Muse?

  So that the file be sure you want to synchronize to creative cloud and down to your other computers/devices, you must close the file in Muse. If the file is opened in two different copies of Muse, you'll end up with warnings of 'conflict' of creative clouds and the file duplicates in your Cloud Files .muse creation folder. A single .muse file cannot be updated simultaneously by two different copies of Muse.

  Ads can be inserted by bad Add-ons. Because these are often installed outdoors for Firefox, I suggest starting here:

  If you get the screen to change/repair, it means that the Setup program has detected that you have already installed the plugin.

  Do you not see the file here:

  C:\Program Files (x86)\Mozilla Firefox\Plugins

  If the file is missing, I suggest to delete and then reinstall the plugin.

  Edit: By removing and then reinstalling I mean using the delete button under the modification and repair buttons in the Setup program, and then run Setup to reinstall.
