  I know you didn't want to scream... Not to be too critical, but it really looks like you need a new 'computer' man as it is inexcusable to erase data files when you install a new operating system, especially if it does not create a backup disk or files.   Having to reinstall programs is normal, but the data must never be lost.
   
  You apparently have different issues that might be related to malicious software and drivers a bad or hardware problems for your computer.  I recommend that you take a small reputation of the computer "mom & pop" type computer store to have your repairs.  Big box stores, such as Staples, Best Buy, etc. are NOT reputable in computer repair.  Take installation discs you have for the computer, and a good description of what is happening.

Last week, I found that, in the Yahoo and Gmail, I can't attach files using drag and drop; I used no drag and drop for a little while if I can't say that it began with a particular Firefox update. Unlike some FF16 users I have no problem dragging autour tabs in the browser. I know that in the past, certain issues with attachments were obviously related to the browser and so the reason why I consider that this link now. I use Windows XP SP3.

  Now the password doesn't work.  When I enter it in the field it just re-guest the same window, empty, as if I had done nothing.

  I want to disable this security feature, but can NOT find and option that will allow me to do any where within the parameters of security controls.

  Yes, they are probably text boxes of your choice that will not reduce and maintain a minimum height according to the content/text inside. You can try deleselecting the block of text of your choice, and you notice that you are able to reduce their all as well.

• I have a blue tint when I print some paper

  Recently, I noticed that when I print on some paper (Epson Premium Luster Photo paper) that a blue tint is printed on paper with the image. This seems to happen if I use a standard .icc file or custom .icc for this article. Uses Adobe CS5 to manage colors, rendering intent relative colorometric. Uses an iMac with 10.6.8. and Epson 3880 printer. The only thing I can think of that changed is that I upgraded from 10.5 to 10.6 a few months back. If you look along the sides of the image below you can see what I mean.

  

  Just for the heck of it, I printed out just the same image with Photoshop Elements 9, and I do not get this blue cast.
