Having paid account but mobile app of LR indicates the trial period
I bought the creative cloud in 2013 and today downloaded Mobile App of lightroom. But they say, it's a 30-day trial subscription? Why?

Adobe trial and purchased applications are same, if you are showing that the trial has expired it would be a mistake to solve this, you can check the link below:
( Make sure you use the same Adobe ID / Email ID that you used to purchase the subscription )

* NOTE: Make sure that your firewall of your computer or security software firewall does not block Adobe, if you are not sure of it then just turn off the firewall for awhile disconnect you and you connect on the creative application of cloud and check.

I see that you have an active subscription to Muse CC.

Try running the Muse of the applications tab after signing in. If the problem persists then please let me know what operating system are you using and I will tell you more troubleshooting accordingly.

Update of Photoshop CC 2015 in terms of photographer but CC says that I have a trial period?
I have the program of the photographer and update to the latest CC versions this morning but now it says that I'm on the trial period 30 days for Photoshop. This is not the case for Lightroom then why did even if I paid my subscription I'm relegated to a trial period for Photoshop? My renewal date is not until December 30, so I expect to be able to use Photoshop and Lightroom entirely up to date.

In case you are working on a windows machine and after following the instructions above, you still encounter the same problem, can you please review the instructions below.
- Restart the computer in safe mode with network.
- Immediately after the computer is turned on or restarts (usually after your computer beep), press F8 at 1-second intervals.
- After that your computer displays hardware information and performs a memory test, the Advanced Boot Options menu appears.
- Use the arrow keys to select Safe Mode or Safe Mode with network and press ENTER.
- Please sign out and sign back for the creative Cloud Desktop Application and verify that the subscription is not trial showing.
- Restart the computer and check the creative Cloud Desktop Application.
