  Something ended a windows process.  I have removing smart defragger (yours is 2010) and run the Driver Verifier to know what it kills the BONE

  If a password is required to log on your system, then you won't be able to cirumvent it. Unfortunately the users of this forum are also not allowed to suggest ways to help you bypass (hack) the password (3668Microsoft Terms and Conditions).

  Remember passwords are case sensitive so maybe that you type a password in the case of bad? Did you create a password recovery disk when you created your password first? If Yes, then you must insert the password recovery disk to allow you to change the current password. If you did not create a password recovery disk then the next and more radical, opion is to re - install Windows.

  A machine running with one admin account is extremely risky. If you're going to come because it is there is a good chance that you yourself locked out. Take a look at this post, created a few minutes before yours. This guy can no longer connect! You now need to create, test and document a spare, even admin account that you have a spare House key.   You don't say what happens when a newly created user cannot connect.
  If a newly created user cannot connect even when typing the password (which should be easy to test, for example 123456) then your accounts database is damaged. By using the restoration of the system to a point when new accounts still worked would solve the problem.

  Download malwarebytes, run, update. Perform a full crawl in the guest account. You may need to install / run as admin. And if you have a virus scanner, if things work in safe mode / networking, update it and then do a full scan
