  I use CS4 4.2.1 version and have just bought a second camera (Sony HDR-XR150) and after you import the clips that they play OK in the tracking Source but in only the center of the clip Watch program monitor during playback - as it is enlarged real close.  I tried everything and have searched some topics, but can not find a solution.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

• Sony Camcorder HDR-XR150 Image corrupted file?

  I was with my camera without the battery and during the filming, it was disconnected. Now its asking me if I want to create a new file. Unfortunately, its not allowing me to view my previous video or files. I have some videos that I CAN'T lose. I guess my question is the desire to create a new file erase all the my previously Recorder files. Please note that I don't have an SD card in the camera, all the videos are on the camera HARD drive. Is there anyway to recover my video files? They are seriously and I'm worried that I'm about to delete them-

  I talked to Sony customer support and went ahead and confirmed / clicked 'Yes' to create a new file. who has only repaired the damaged file. Allow me to see/read all my video files saved previously. Was scary obtained is a not erase all my files, thank God - thank you for your answer!

• Capture Clips from Sony HDR - XR1500

  Is someone can you please tell me if I can capture video Clips of my high definition Sony Camcorder HDR-XR150. If so, how? Or what I need to have new software to do? Currently, each clip is captured via PMB with xxx.m2ts file extension, xxx.m2ts.modd and xxx.m2ts.moff whatever they may be. The .m2ts seems to be the main, for example size 4 512 KB, the modd is 2 KB. and the .moff is 32 KB.

  Any help how I can import/capture my clips to change would be greatly appreciated.

  Your camcorder is an AVCHD cam. If you capture video of her - you download video clips of him. (Also, your cam shoots in several formats. So if you want to edit the video in Premiere Elements, make sure that you shoot only mode orFH FX.)

  You'll need a fairly powerful computer to edit AVCHD. So ideally, your computer must have a quad core processor, or i7 with 4 GB of RAM and hundreds of gigabytes of free space.

• Sony PMB installer will not install

  Your description of the error appears to be a permissions issue - the installation tries to access a part of the system registry, but can not. After a reboot, try to run the installation in administrator mode - instead of double-click Setup, right click the icon and select "Run as Administrator" from the menu.

  I have sony HDR-XR150 avchd files, I tried to export sequences to test with these clips in several format (mpeg-2, 264, corresponds to the order, quick time, etc.,...)

  The first step is to make sure that sequence settings to match the layer Source footage. There are several ways to do so. Right-click on a clip in the project bin, select 'New Clip sequence', or click and drag an item on the icon just to the left of the trash can, which will also create a sequence of the clip "new element". With the help of these methods ensures that the frame size, frame rate and other important things that all line up, or which may affect the quality or appearance of the video.

  With regard to the export, to any clip to be played on a computer or online, you never want an interlaced video. So if the source is 1080i, when you export you will choose 1080 p or 720 p for example and which will be "Deinterlace" images and produce a Progressive output file. Use the setting 29.97 p, so the pace is not changed. All videos in line/computer should be gradual since computer screens do not play well with interlaced images. You get the pleasure of ghosts and combing and other artifacts with interlaced.

  I can't tell you who's exact export preset to use, as there are has several dozens, but some trial and error to see which produced results that look good to you, and who have an acceptable file size. A H.264 > YouTube or Vimeo HD (1080 29.97 p or 720 p 29.97) preset, can be a good starting point.

  For Blu - ray, you can use "H.264 Blu - ray" and use the pre-selection of 1080i.

  I used to use Aperture but have really achieved by using pictures. It does the job and is improving all the time. I shoot a lot of HDR and also keep the original. Is there a way to filter the only HDR versions and thus have a quick way of removing the non - HDR of same photo versions?

• Removal of the HDR Photos?

  I shot photos on my iPhone 6 and HDR. They transferred to my iCloud account and the regular and HDR copy the two see the place. I deleted the photo HDR version on my Mac (iCloud library is on), but the HDR versions has not deleted from my iPhone. Why and is there a quick way to select the HDR photos so they can be removed?

  I realized what I was doing wrong. I was deleting photos from an album, not the library. Duh!

  Today I got my new iPhone 7. During a FaceTime call my video is constantly changing from light to dark. When I moved the focus of the camera (light of early evening) to bright light right behind me the HDR treatment is nog seem to know the correct brightness levels. This caused my camera of clear image flickering in dark. Not a very nice way to have a FaceTime conversation. Someone else has the same problems? Should this be fixed in a hotfix or the auto HDR mode can be turned off somehow?

  Same problem here, but it flashes without moving... at all: the phone seems to be worse when there is a white background! In the meantime the entire screen flashes a light green for the Viewer.

  I'm trying to connect an AS15 HDR to my smartphone to control as described in the user manual.

  I have PlayMemories Mobile installed 2.1.1 on my race stock Samsung Galaxy Note II (GT-N7100) Android Jelly Bean 4.1.1

  I set the unit as described on page 39 of the user manual, I have PlayMemories installed and running. I can see the camera (LIVE - BFH0:HDR - AS15), I get the password, I select the device and after about 20 seconds, the app reported: "failed connection".

  There is no Action Cam with HDR-AS10A model number available in the United States. Only the AS10-HDR and HDR-AS10/B are available. The only difference between the two is that the 'B' in the HDR-AS10/B model number matches the color of the camcorder, which is black.
