Is there an easy way to add an extra header and footer in a transfer of csv?

What the user wants is a csv format file

New topic - the new section

name of the neck, neck... - name the column names existing
value, value, the existing values

New footer - a new footer text

I tried formatting break but have had no success. The csv product perfectly but I can not get the extra lines added!

No, unfortunately I have not found time to make a blog at the moment.

Create a blank page and create a pl/sql process AFTER the header.

Then add the code like the following, changing query as needed

You can call it making it the target of the redirection of a button or by adding something like the following in your report page footer section, region, assuming that the page that you have created the above process on a page 9

Support Rep said I need to re - download the HTML and attach the and use the Email Group that attaches the header and the footer appropriate. Simply select New > blank Page > more and you will find it

Problem with Notepad printing header and footer

How can I get rid of the header and footer when I print something I wrote on Notepad.

It does not show the on the notebook until I print it.

In Notepad, use file > Page Setup to change the headers and footers.

I finally found where I can go to define the parameters of the header and footer: file then page setup

However, I don't know what numbers to put in the top, bottom, left and right margins so that the header and the footer is printed when I print anything.

It is only printing on the bottom half of the header at the top and the low foot.

Also, how can I print only a "selection" of a page. I highlight the part that I want to print only, but I don't know how to do this.

You encounter formatting problems are a matter of the browser you use and the format that it allows. There are modules of your browser that may allow you more features, but that would depend on the application itself. Also you can see one of the other browsers (Chromeor IE and see if they have the features you are looking for.)

In regards to printing a section of the page, I advise to use the tool captures (just type in the menu START and type this program) which will essentially allow you to take screenshots of areas only you want to print. You can then print or save, or do both.

Record header and footer settings

Can someone tell me please how to set the parameters of the header and footer and save these settings for printing so that I don't have to enter the settings area and make sure that my printer is always selected to 'print borders', which is what seems to make the header and footer still print on my page.

Also, how utiilize the setting "custom" under headers and footers. I want to divide the date and time on the page and I don't know if I can do it. That's where I'm wondering if the 'custom' area comes into play.

I have e-all-in-one-HP Officejet Pro 8600 printing.

These parameters are not defined by software or the printer drivers and belong instead of the program that you use (in the case of the thread as I responded to Firefox).

The only available version is DC. You can purchase a permanent license or subscription, which includes future updates. You are at least 7 years too late for a reduced price upgrade.

I recommend that you use the fi free trial CD on ANOTHER COMPUTER to see if the problem is corrected. Once you uninstall 7 you will be NEVER BE ABLE TO REINSTALL.

With the new update, the header and the footer in master pages do not work correctly on published sites, specifically the look of text. When I saw this muse, all pages look very well, and even when I Preview in the browser, it looks good. The problem starts when I publish in Business Catalyst, so it might be a problem here, but I don't know. Is someone can shine some light on this issue? I've tried everything. Is there a way to set the header and footer of page up/down banners?

We use the Apex 4.2, recently a new requirement came for our standard header and footer banners to be attached to the page. Does anyone know how to do this? I searched the forum and have not found something that works so far.
We use the 24 theme, currently our header and footers are defined on each page using the page "header text" level and
fields 'footer text. We use "a level tabs - no sidebar" page template.
Currently our header and footer banners are scroll with the content of the page and now it is no longer acceptable. Somehow need to fix these so there always visible at the top and bottom (similar to the toolbar) developer on wallpaper.

You can create the header/footer within a region of html with a div. something like this:

This is the footer text

Where at the bottom: 0; It fixed to the bottom of the screen, as the developer tool bar Apex and top: 0; It fixes to the top of the screen.

I would create this html area on page 0 so that you can display on all pages.

If you want to get real fancy, create the region html page 0 with a div with a class name of "footer":

This is the footer text

(Once again, for the header to create a similar class with top: 0 ;))

Then, create a dynamic action on the zero page that fires on the action "Resize" and runs the following javascript code:

$(«__div.footer").css ({}

left: ($(window) () .width / 2)-($("div.footer").width () / 2)

});

In this way the header/footer will be always centered.

MISSING LAYOUTS - 2 column fixed, bar right side, header, and footer column 3 fixed, header and footer

I use Dreamweaver 2013 and when I go to file, new and select new document, model HTML. My two page layouts (2 fixed column, right sidebar, 3 column AND header and footer fixed, header and footer) does not appear, instead it just says: < no >. Why this happens and how to fix this! Please help me!

You do not have these models it is because you are using the current version of DW CC 2015.

These models have been deprecated / replaced by newer models of Bootstrap.
