Health

When I go to add an emergency contact name I want to use looks like gray clear and does not let me use this name.

There are a few names that appear light grey instead of dark gray and bring up information about that name.

Anyone know what is happening?  Name shows in contacts, but not in the contacts app of health.

also possible to add other important info in the application as the last dye review or shot record

Not sure about the question of the gray names.  They have phone numbers in your contacts?

But you can essentially add what you want in the field "medical record".

  • Pedometer in health app inaccurate since ios10.02 update and followed by the month and the year disappeared. Why?

I used the pedometer in the application of health that accompanies the iPhone6 for 18 months. I walk on a treadmill each morning for the same distance and time. The number of step was close enough for more than a year, but then I updated to ios10.02 and the count has been reduced by more than 2500 steps every day for the same duration of time and distance on the treadmill. He remained much lower now for two weeks. I also notice that the dashboard no longer offers a total annual and medium, or monthly. Is there a fix to come or was the unit off so much for the previous year?

You can still access graphics monthly and annual. In the form of health data, press activity. Swipe to today. Tap measures. You will then see a graph and a bar with options to choose to see it in days, months, or year. This works with any metric system.

  • Export the database of health app

I'm dim? And why not an iPad app (I know others have asked) and a Sierra application for data management. The whole point of iOS and OS X is their connectivity... common apple

The health App is on the iPhone for reasons of confidentiality, it only save your data if you encrypt the backup on iTunes for example.

I know it might be cool to check health on the Mac or iPad. If Apple isn't that people will say, it's not sure, anyone can know if I have diabetes or other stuff... I think it will stay like that.

  • historic transfer of activity health the new iPhone

I bought an iPhone 7 and all restored my iPhone backup date 6 through Mac. But history of activity in health has not been transferred.

How can I migrate data activity health iPhone IPhone 7 6?

I've accumulated all these activity data for two years and I am extremely disappointed that the new activity of health iPhone is empty.

It seems you need to do a backup encrypted on the Mac (or via iCloud) for your activity data to be transferred (as well as WiFi and other parameters).

  • Health app

IOS9, you can add data to the health application without having to use another application. With IOS 10 choice to add data directly to the application of the health has been removed and you will need to use another application to add data to the health app. Fortunately my medical provider gave us the new meters just before BT IOS 10 was released that added my Glucose to health through the software App meters , but if I want to add my weight I must find another app to get my weight to do he goes into the health of Apple App. There was a place to add weight (and other categories), but it disappeared.  My question is if anyone has found a way manually addd data directly on the Apple App health? Thanks if you can help with this.

See this document to support on the application of the health. Still, there is a method to add data manually. Use the app on your iPhone or iPod touch - Apple Support health

  • Where the Apple iOS 10 health dashboard?

I can't find the health Apple Dashboard in the new operating system. Online on Apple.com help shows a dashboard, but I can't seem to find how to get it. It was in the old version.

Differently, it seems that iOS earlier. If you look at the document to support that you linked, you will see the categories and how you see them changed.

You can also take a look at the information in the iPhone user Guide. See this link which takes you right to the 'health' section. http://help.Apple.com/iPhone/10/#/iphe3d379c32

    Hi Michael

To manually add data in the application of health:

    • On your iPhone, open the application of health.
    • Click on the data the health tab.
      • If you are not initially on the main screen of healthcare data, type on the "< health data ' link (top-right) to get back to it.
    • Select the category of data that you want to add:
      • Activity, Mindfulness, Nutrition, sleep, measurements of the body, health, reproductive health, results, vital records.
    • On the next screen, tap the metric you want to add:
      • Parameters that already contain data for the current week are displayed in the box format, with current totals.
      • Others are listed below in the list format, under "No. saved data.
      • Whether in box form or list form, tap to select the metric.
      • For example: If you chose healthcare, you can then select the blood sugar.

  • Health Dashboard missing IoS10?

I use the application health to fire the blood pressure, heart rate and blood sugar levels on a daily basis. In earlier versions of IoS, I got all this information available on a single screen--dashboard - but this seems to have disappeared from IoS10 and has been replaced by four icons oversized for activity, mindfulness, nutrition and sleep than favorites are now within each category, rather than all in one place (aka the dashboard).

Are there plans to restore the traditional health dashboard, so his favorites are all in the same place?

1 reset your iPhone by pressing and holding the sleep/wake and home buttons.

2 disconnect you from your iCloud account and reconnect again.

  • Please bring back the view of the graphical dashboard in ios10 health app!

in iOS 9, very useful functionality of the application of health was the graphical view in the dashboard. It is now gone, or the less hidden to be not not visible with a little wink. Apple, bring it back please!

    Click today at the bottom.

  • IOS 10 health not display graphics

Just updated to iOS 10 this morning and really dislike the "improvements" to the application of the health.  Instead of being able to see a dashboard of all measures, I chose from a list of graphics that I can see in a week, month or year, they have now all data subdivided by type of measure and make each of them that you have to dive deep with a lot of taps to see each of them.  And you see a preview of each of them at some point.  Why would they do that!  He transformed a useful application in basically useless for me. Other that to act as a relay for the Withings Pulse to LoseIt app data, for example, is no longer serves any purpose to actually preview the health.  Really disappointed!

  • Health - weight data manually entry

I would like to know why on Earth - with iOs 10 - it is no longer possible to manually enter the data on weight - with no need to another application or gadget - as I have done every day since I got my iPhone.

Health App > measurements > touch it if you have the weight widget and enter a new.

If not click on medical id in the lower right corner, select Edit and change your weight from there.

Edit: You can also type the weight in the search under the health APP bar and it will come back to allow you to change it.

  • How do MANUALLY enter you data into the application of health 10 IOS? There is no symbol and touch edit only gives you the option to delete existing data.

I checked in the application of the health and read the Apple support page. They show the screen for 10 IOS on an iPhone, but their instructions don't work. There is not a Plus symbol to add data manually. It has only an editing tool that you can touch and only allows you to delete data.

    Hi, rmetzker!

To manually enter the data points in the application of health, first go to the display of data on health as shown below.

Then select category to which you want to enter data in (I'll use body measurements for example), then press on what data you enter (measurements > weight). In the upper right corner, it will be a plus + icon for you to manually enter your own data points.

    I hope this helps!

  • Where is the dashboard health passed in iOS 10?

    That's happened?

I used the dashboard in the application of health because it shows first upward.  He was EXCELLENT in tracking my activity and practical weight loss on a single screen.

    NOW IT'S GONE!

I understand not putting new features in but why did remove such a useful feature?  If they do not have, WHERE is he?

Yes, I've been playing around with it some. There is the view of today, which is the closest I can get. I've marked these things as Favorites, but there is no way to see the graphics of favorites.

It was great to see charts for the week of heart rate, steps, waling + race distance, flights went up and sleep. Too bad I can't see it more at a glance. I have to click on each one to see individually.

I freaked out this morning that I could not manually add my sleep, until finally, I noticed the little + sign at the top right.

I watched the video, but that does not give me much help.

I wish I had the rear dashboard where I could graphically see my favorite all measurements at the same time per day, week, month or year.

  • If a health application is deleted, its data stay on health kit or is it deleted as well?

An application can be removed and store health data they collected? Or do I have to keep the app forever, even though I no longer need?

Failed to remove the app from the iPhone, unlike other applications preinstalled in iOS 10. If you want to see this change, I encourage you to go to apple.com/feedback.

Also see this on the built in apps and their data - removal remove the apps Apple integrated from the home screen on your device iOS with iOS 10 - Apple Support
