  I'm unable to complete the round trip. I have my audio tracks in PPro CS6 to hearing CS6 without problem, just by the manual. But I'm unable to retrieve this audio work in the body.

  At this point, things deviated a little plan. I started by the body, open the project and no sign of the work of the hearing. Cannot find a file anywhere in the project panel indicating a hearing thereon. The files on the timeline are still dark green for editing multi-camera, not paler green of a file hearing. When I did this for individual items, I got back a file with a name like ' * Extracted_1.wav Audio "who shows up with the same green as the hearing on my desktop icon.
  

  So I thought, very well. Not as easy as I had hoped. I have to manually import. But the organization does not seem to have an idea how to deal with a *.sesx file, which is the project of the hearing file.

  Should I export, say, a file hearing *.wav (how?) and that are important to the body? And if I do, is there a good workflow for re - sync the audio with my video tracks?

  I'm confused. Don't know what I did wrong. Don't know what to do to fix it. Don't know how to avoid this problem in the future. If any help gratefully received.

  Oy.

  The answer is, I didn't do anything wrong. This is the correct behavior if you send the entire sequence in hearing, as opposed to a group of clips. If you send one or more clips, via the "edit..edit in Adobe Audition... clip" command, it does just what I described - it replaces audio of each clip right here on the timeline, just as you get through dynamic links (for example, using the AE of the body).

  It's when you send the sequence (no clips) that you get the behavior I see. When you do this, you must export the sequence back to hearing the body manually, using the hearing "multitrack... export to Adobe agency ' command. Which is the right directory, and if there is more then one project files, it asks you to choose the one you are exporting to. Then he creates a new bin in the project body panel and the audio file of new sequence is important in this location. And then you have to drag this new file to the timeline.

  Piece of cake. Even if I don't find it covered in the documentation anywhere, or even discussed on a forum anywhere. And that is why I am adding this description to this topic - so that someone else can get this behavior and the explanation, that I could not find. ;-)

  Can I save these files with all the effects? How?

  Unfortunately not good news. When hearing software has been rewritten to be compatible with Macs as well as PC code for a large number of effects has been changed so that old AA 3 settings no longer works in the new CS or CC versions of Audition. I suspect that the only way to retrieve your belongings is to add in hearing CS6 and copy the settings * the eye of your AA 3 session manually. Or otherwise, you need to complete your old session in AA 3.

  Thank you Michael. I will remember that if this happens again. In the end, it fixed itself! After an hour or two of hand frozen, I left for a while and when I got back, everything was very good! I think that there is a first time for everything!

  What compatibility issues exist in hearing CS6 on Windows 10 of operation?  When I used Win 10 to read my files, the video portion of my files appeared, but did not play the audio part.  I returned to Win 7 to get full use of hearing CS6.

  A good many people run CS6 Audition successfully on Windows 10 so it seems that the problems tend to be external to the hearing.

  There are a couple of issues of common interest:

  First of all, very often the audio device (audio interface) turns need new drivers to work properly with Windows 10 (and not every manufacturer was quick on the creation of these new drivers).  Download the latest drivers is always a first action plan and, if this does not work, install ASIO4ALL has worked for a number of people.   Second (and more difficult to hunt down) installation of Windows 10 sometimes seems to change the default values on audio settings the computer - focusing on other software, adding unwanted "features", that sort of thing.  The best I would say that is going to be the Windows Audio Panel and checking every setting and matching them with hearing.  Also (as always), we must stop all unnecessary that may be running in the background and sometimes to 'steal' the audio system.

• How can I make hearing CS6 work on my new Mac?

  For the past 3 years and I've been using hearing CS6 on my old MacBook. I got a new MacBook Air today and I used Time Machine to back up my old computer and transfer everything to the new machine.  After I did the back and transfer, I wiped the old computer clean because it will be used by someone else and I didn't want my old stuff out there.

  When I went to open hearing on my new machine, told me to enter my ID Adobe (which I had to create).  Once I did, I was told I had a 30 day trial or could I get a license to the software.  I don't want to have paid for the software again. What should I do to get the licensed software for I can use it beyond 30 days?

  Hey everybody.  I am trying to find a way to quantify using hearing CS6.  As we know especially with drum tracks get every single perfect shot are very difficult to do.  So if anyone knows how to get the hearing cs6 quantify which would be awesome.

  Since the hearing is an audio editing software not a MIDI sequencer it doesn't have this feature in the direction you want. You will have to do it manually by editing the drum track to move the beat where they should be, if it isn't in the right place.

  Quantize makes quite a different meaning in a Digital Audio Editor as the hearing.

• iMac, Behringer X 32 and hearing CS6

  Hello world!

  I have problems with this configuration by which I connect via firewire to the X 32/iMac and even SOMETIMES after that I recorded a track, pilots seem to stop working and offering no reading - although all counters are running on hearing CS6 - there is not output to the office, and no error message.

  After you quit and restarted hearing everything is OK - but bloody boring as everything takes twice as long.

  Also, if I copy / paste a track on a track - how can I see both, in parallel, rather than on top of the other? Sometimes the pieces get hidden behind another, and I do not know to audition 03:00 you can easily see the layers?

  Any ideas?

  I'm afraid that it is probably a problem with the drivers Firewire from Yosemite. have you had it works OK with an earlier version of the operating system? You might be better to ask about it on the Behringer forums where they will have more experience of the Firewire connections between the X-32 and Macs.

  You've never been able to see the audio layers on tracks in any version of Audition. But there are different ways to wear the clips hidden in the front. So it might be better to paste your new audio clip on another track, and then use the envelopes of automation of crossfade between the two.

  The message was that generation of noise would be activated once the development completed. ID really like to be able to use other features in CS6 audition, so I was hoping that the development would end soon...

  IM struggling to find this information on the Web site of the hearing, then I would be very grateful if someone could help me by answering the following question:

  Several things: rewrote the code for hearing as an app to double platform in pieces around release dates - noise generation has not been disabled, so simply had not been written in its new format when CS6 is released. CS6 is now one 'finished' (so), but apparently no other products product will be - you can blame the Sarbanes-Oxley Act for it (explained elsewhere).

  But what about the CC, yes there generation of noise. It generates Brown, White Rose and gray noise, and you can vary the intensity and the DC of this offset (use not so much for Acoustics,...). Also noise can be generated as spatial stereo or independent channels. And you can also have reversed channels, or only mono.

  2. you should be able to install it using compatibility mode.

  If you have problems with 1. using adobe cc, you can download it here if you follow the 7 steps: http://prodesigntools.com/adobe-cs6-direct-download-links.html

  and activate it with your serial number.

  If you have a problem dl'g, you don't follow all 7 steps.  the most common mistake is not meticulously follow the steps 1, 2, and/or 3 (which adds a cookie to your system, allowing you to download the correct version of the adobe.com site).
