Problems with firefox, slideshow freezes before the last image

I use muse for the first time, the site is up and running on this page in Firefox V37.0.1 the slide show hangs before the end, so is not in the loop, it works very well in Safar/Chrome/UI and seems to work correctly on Firefox/Chrome/PC does anyone know a solution, difficulty, workaround, or is it just my Mac sends me some grief.
The site includes several other slideshows that all work very well. It's that sends help commuting problems
I deleted the cache/history... and it has not solved the problem.

There is a problem with Firefox 'remembering' my Verizon residential account password. Using Firefox, I am obliged to enter my ID and password every time I closed my browser and then restart or close my e-mail for a while, even though I checked the option "keep me connected" significant given by Verizon. I read FF posts of the community, and it seems to be a problem with a lot of ppl. It happened for about 3 days now on all our computers at home and work. This cannot just be linked to a computer if this happens for many. I was wondering if there is a general problem with FF, is that what is happening for many users. When I start FF I am lucky to get 10 sec before it does more, ready to give FF film! I use it in safe mode now & use of IE next until I find another solution other than resetting FF. FF should maybe see if there is a problem at their end, & then show us how to fix it.
To return to regard to extensions, you can view and update the extensions on page modules. Either:
- CTRL + SHIFT + a
- Firefox orange (or the Tools menu) button > Add ons
In the left column, click Extensions. Click the "gear" above the list, and then use the check for updates.
You can also disable non-essential or unrecognized extensions (or so obviously not good, remove them).
Typically, a link will appear above at least an extension disabled/removed to restart Firefox. You can complete your work on the tab and click one of the links in the last step.

I'm having a lot of problems with firefox and cannot figure out how to get help. It all started when I updated to 13. I get all kinds of advertising popups, I can't play a game on FaceBook called Farm Town at all, and I get a popup of AVG on the cookies that I can't get rid of. These issues are causing me to use Chrome quite often, although I like Fox better. I've searched and searched how to get help and find nothing. How can I get personalized technical help? Whenever I do a search and click on a website search results, I am confused on some other Web site, usually a few ad-site.

I had any other problems with it. At least once a day, it crashes. It crashes even on mozilla.com with no other open tabs. Sites are slow. Much slower than they should be. Google takes a good minute to 2 minutes to load. It's a roll of the dice for me if I have any bookmarks when I load firefox.
I did not have all these problems with Firefox 4.
There could be a problem in your Firefox profile. For example, one of your modules may cause the problem. If you're ready to try some troubleshooting, you could test in Firefox Safe Mode, which temporarily disables your add-ons.
I recommend you backup your Firefox settings in case something goes wrong. See your backup information. (You can copy your profile folder Firefox together somewhere outside the Mozilla folder).
