  2. do you have security software installed on the computer?

  3. are you able to access all Web sites?

  First of all, I suggest that you try to download the file with Windows internet explore.

  If you are able to download using Windows internet explore, then there may be a problem with the Firefox browser.

  Uninstall and reinstall Firefox browser and check.

  If you are facing a similar issue when you use Internet explore, then it may be Internet problem try to download some other file or document check if it works.

  Also contact your internet service provider to check if the connection side there is fine.

  Go back with the results!

• Can not add users to the tenants or directors of Infrastructure:

  Hello community,

  I add that a server active directory for my tenant default identity store and tests for this connection works.

  Now, I want to add useres to my tenants or directors of Infrastructure, witch, I can choose form the search field.

  When I press the button to update, I will return you to the overview of the tenant and no user or group was saved.

  Anyone have same problem or a response?

  Resolved:

  It was a mistake to layout of my tenant identity store. We are using the Domain Alias, but wehen I insert the alias for the identity settings, I was indeed abel users and selcet groups but the configuration was not save.

  After I have delete it it works!

  I tried all these steps on an iMac 27 "(fin 2013, OS X 10.10.5, 3,5 Ghz/32 G) and a member of the CC photography since Dec2013:"

  -Tried to update CC different times of the day/night (always get error 201)

  -Uninstalled CC and restarted.

  -Ran CC Cleaner (deleted PS CC and Lightroom too *) and restarted

  -Tried to install CC with firewall off

  -Tried to install CC in Safari and Chrome

  -Tried with disconnected laptop

  -Connected back out signed to Adobe

  -Run the iMac permissions

  -Disk checked (end)

  -Physically removed all Adobe of the library too

  -Reset the PRAM and reset the network

  -Reinstalled Adobe flashplayer and AdobeReader

  -Tried to install the version of assessment-CreativeCloud (received error 201)

  -Tried to install an older Aug2015 CreativeCloudInstaller (error 204)

  I am running out of ideas and can not find stuff more troubleshooting.

  * Note: I had to remove LR because CC has broken several months (during the previous update) and I could not update my application of LR.  As a result, the old version of LR could not read the LR library of my Macbook Air (a newer version).

• Can not see my home group of Surface

  I saw the other messages from users Surface difficult to join a homegroup, what they can see from their Surface, but I can't even see my homegroup.  My Surface just says: ' there is no homegroup this network.   NOTE! Homegroup may take a long time, and even a reboot before it seems to suddenly see "everything".  Maybe it's a slow indexer. I do not know.  But if you can see the homegroup files, but cannot access it, give him a day and a reboot before you throw in the towel.

  I'm trying to compile a form in Oracle 10 G. in the/u01/dba/oracle/product/1012ias/bin directory there is a script called frmcmp.sh which I assume is the correct script to use. He calls the frmcmp executable (it means compiling form, right?). Anway, I get the error

  This is on a HP - UX, HP - UX 11.11 running machine.
  
  I have unsuccessfully trying to get an answer on the Oracle website, and documentation that I have watched so far fail to solve the problem.

• Combined security problems (user assigned to two groups)

  Group 1 has access to entity A - produced X. Group 2 has access to entity B - y. If a user is assigned to the two groups, he has access to unwanted as A entity - combinations product Y / entity B - product X.
  
  What is an expected behavior because of the way access filters are generated? Is it possible to avoid the undesirable combinations?
  
  
  Steps to reproduce:
  
  1. create the Group A and Group B
  2. create user
  3. assign security access of Group of axis 1 - members 1 / axis 2 - Member
  4 assign security access Group B of Dimension 1 - member 2 / axis 2 - Member B

• How to migrate users and groups?

  For the env prod, we did below operations:
  (1). has added a few new users and groups to the RPD, and does have permissions for groups, as the limits of the query, filters;
  (2) create a new catalog on the web group and assign users to groups. also set the dashboard access permissions and catalogue presentation.
  
  Now I want to migrate over prod env env changes another (even with prod env, but not the latest version), what do I do? Simply copy the information?

  If you want the other environment should be identical to the Drop eniv then you can directly copy the catalogue and referential as you said & online (instanceconfig.xml & NQSConfig.INI) do to the environment.
  Now both the environment the same.
