  It is recommended to disable the software before uninstalling is something else, it will increase the number of activations.

  You can access this option by launching one of the CS6 software then go to the 'Help' menu and select 'disable '.

  After deactivation, you can go ahead and uninstall the software.

  If you have a problem with dl, you don't follow all 7 steps.  as a general rule, a failure to meticulously follow steps 1, 2 or 3 is the problem.

  If your computer is not yet completely dead and you have the possibility to initialize Photoshop you can disable it the Help menu giving you back one of your activations. This is assuming that you have access to your computer (which I realize might not count it able to do).

  I had Photoshop CS6 on my computer and CC kept offering me an upgrade. Whenever I tried to upgrade, I got an error that it failed. This happened several times. I decided to uninstall Ps, and then reinstall it. But now it's gone, CC doesn't let me download and reinstall. He always wants me to upgrade what he thinks it's on my computer. So, I tried the upgrade, and that did not need to reinstall the PS.

  Too bad!!!

  I've searched and searched. Finally understood that I needed to disconnect from CC completely, then sign. Once I did, CC has seen that I had Ps on my computer, and I was able to reinstall.

  I also tried to install directly from the site Web Adobe - my serial code was denied, but I only used it on my old laptop, so it is supposed to work again.

  It seems equally clear that Adobe did the download of older products as difficult as possible for past clients.  This is ridiculous. I spent hours trying to get this to work and have gotten nowhere.  Does anyone have advice for me?

  It is not known if you encounter a problem downloading or installation problem, but it looks to be an installation problem.
