  I just started using DW CS6. I really like it so far, but I came across a bug (?). I am woriking mainly with php files. In CS5, when I put the PHP on the server (usually with the keyboard shortcut) and there are changes in the css that is linked to this file, it will also ask me if I want to save it and put it (don't ask that to win, so putting is automatic). In addition, IIRC if I am in the Panel css - on the right of the default layout - and press ctrl + shift + u, it will put the css file to the server (honestly, I'm not sure about this, but is irrelevant anyway). My problem is, when I put a php file in CS6 (and I guess all the other files) on the server, it simply ignores the css and I put manually after each changes. So basically I have to put one by one. The settings menu, I tried, but I couldn't find any related stuff.

  I experienced the same problem, but this solved it for me.

  Go to regedit > HKEY_Current_User > Software > Microsoft > Windows > DWM

  Once in DWM, right-click on an empty area inside it and create two new DWORD value (32), as shown below.

  Once these are added, right-click on them and click on change to ensure that the value is set to 0. Then open cmd (command prompt) as an administrator.  -Windows 7 users can open quickly as administrator by typing cmd in the start menu search box, and then shift + right click on the command prompt > open as administrator

  Once those who are made, open the start menu and right click on computer > properties.

  Go to advanced system settings. On the Advanced tab, click settings under performance. Change the default to Custom, and then hit apply and OK.

  You may need to disable a list item to hit apply, but double-check it after hitting apply first and then re - re-check the list item and click on apply. This will prevent the computer to change the custom to 'let windows choose what's best for my computer.
