  2. don't you make recent changes?

  3. What is the full error message?

  4. what programs you try to run?

  If you upgrade Windows Vista to Windows 7, once again depends on what program you use. If there is a problem with this program, you could get the same question.

  Method 1: Please check if you are facing the same question when working in safe mode.
  a. restart the computer.
