Help! -How can I get an international warranty?

Excuse me:

I bought a UK Oct.2003 Tecra S1, which came with 3 years international warranty.

Now I'm in China, and the computer is broken.

The local service provider asked me "international warranty card.

However, I remember that there is such a card in my computer box.
Also, I had not found this element in the list of components of the box.

I only got a pamphlet with the title:
«UK warranty - computers laptops»
Warranty registration at http://... »

(I do not know if it is the card they want...
It looks like not-no stamp on it)

I told them that I had entered my warranty on the site Web of TOSHIBA in Oct.2003. But they always asked me for this 'card' (!)

Now what am I going to do?

(I have still the online registration confirmation email and receipt when I bought the laptop.
But received shows that the price I didn't pay, no model No. or serial)

Thank you very much.

Hello

As far as I know after registration of the guarantee, you should get a label which you can paste on to the back of your laptop. I'm sure that the partner wants to see this label.

Anyway, you can try to contact Toshiba UK and maybe they can confirm that you have a valid international guarantee. Otherwise you can also try to contact Toshiba Europe in Germany. I'm pretty sure they can give you proper notice also how you can solve this situation.
