  Kristina, PSE 7 is now end of life we have few resources for the same thing. Please make sure that you check the system requirements | Adobe Photoshop Elements before installing the PSE 7 on a new machine.

  The following assumes that you are trying to install a 64-bit Windows 7 version and the HARD drive has a Table of Partition GUID.

  Judgment of the laptop.

  Click next to the ESC key as soon as you press the power button to enter the Boot Menu, and then select the Bios Menu ( f10 ).

  Under the System Configuration tab, expand the Boot Options Menu.

  You must set the Secure Boot to disabled and legacy devices on " Enabled".

  When you're finished, press f10 and select this option to Save the changes.

  You will then need to enter a PIN of 4 numbers displayed on the screen to confirm the changes to the settings - enter the code and press ENTER.

  Insert the Windows 7 installation disc and the stop of the laptop.

  Click next to the ESC key as soon as you press the power button to enter the Boot Menu, and then select the Boot Options Menu ( f9 ).

  Use the arrow keys to select the CDROM (uefi) option and press ENTER - if you are prompted to "Press any key to continue...". "- make.

  If you have discovered an app in the App Store in iTunes on your PC, you can purchase/download the app here and then sync them to your iPhone after you connect the iPhone to the computer and iTunes. Don't know what that exactly you're talking about when you say you tried to tinker with the application, as applications purchased on iTunes will not run on the computer. They are just downloaded on iTunes to manage for all of your iOS devices. Since find you it in iTunes on the computer, I don't know why you can't find it in the App Store on the iPhone, unless you use a store from a different country on one of the devices.

  You will need to provide additional information to resolve this further.

  If the above does not work, I suggest that contact your keypay USB manufacturer to see if they have device drivers for installation assistance and her.  Are you sure that this USB keyboard is compatible with your version of Vista.  See Center Compativility of Vista to http://www.microsoft.com/windows/compatibility/windows-vista/default.aspx and ask the manufacturer to point blank if it is compatible.

  If the people of USB keyboard do not help, then I suggest you try to contact Gateway Technical Support and see if they can help you with installation - there may be some configurations in their software (not Vista) which must be set to operate-, or they may be able to help even if it is not the case.  It's worth a try.

  What does not work, go back and see if we can come up with a few other options to try.

  How have you connected it to the computer?  If you are using the play & Charge kit, it won't work because it connects only makes it to the battery.  The controller always connect wireless so you will need an Xbox 360 Wireless Gaming receiver for Windows.
