  I would like to know - did you start the computer in "Safe Mode with network" to check if you are able to download in this mode.

  In Safe Mode, the network drivers will not be loaded and thanks to which you cannot connect to the Internet. But in Safe Mode with networking, the network drivers are also loaded with base on the computer drivers. So, please make sure that you select "Safe Mode with network" and then try to download using your browser application.

  You can also try to temporarily disable the McAfee Security program and check if this brings any change in status. To do this, please contact McAfee technical support.

  Important: Antivirus software can help protect your computer against viruses and other security threats. In most cases, you should not disable your antivirus software. If you need to disable temporarily to install other software, you must reactivate as soon as you are finished.
