Hey, I just bought an Adobe Creative Cloud Abo but I can't download anything.
I'm using Firefow browser on Windows PC. Whenever I have klick on 'Download' there is an Error Message called: "there is a problem, try later or call the Customur Service."
Please help me!

Moving to the cloud creative download & install
Hello Stephen,
Please follow the steps below:
Uninstall Adobe Creative Cloud Control Panel application.
Step 1:
Open the c: drive and navigate to C:\Program Files (x 86)------\Adobe "common files".
Open the Adobe folder and delete folders named Adobe Application Manager and OOBE.
Step 2:
Navigate to C:\Program Files (x 86) \Adobe.
Open the Adobe folder and if necessary remove Adobe Creative Cloud folder. [* important]
Step 3:
Press Windows button (located between Ctrl and Alt buttons) with the key R together at once, you will get a command window.
Type below command and press the enter"" key.
AppData
Then go to the Local > Adobe.
Open the Adobe folder and delete folders named AAMUpdater and OOBE.
Step 4:
Click on the link of shot and download Adobe Application manager and install the same:
http://download.adobe.com/pub/Adobe/creativesuite/CC/Win/ApplicationManager9.0_all.exe
Once the installation is complete, double-click the launch of Adobe Application Manager on the desktop icon.
It will start the update process and is updated for creative cloud application.

How do you get lightroom to download?
Make sure that you are logged on the Adobe site, having cookies enabled, clearing your cookie cache. If it fails to connect, try to use another browser.

I did so that they are compatible with the desired program (as opposed to being only useful to the sketches of adobe, etc.), but I cannot yet access. Help please!

I have a feeling that you might be looking for them in the wrong place. When you open a work plan in Dixit or CC of Photoshop, you should see the brushes in the libraries Panel. I have attached an image (ignore the fact that my brushes is all grayed out; they are saved for Sketch) which shows where to get them. Is it in the same place you are trying to access?

Hello, I have problems with Creative Cloud Packager. I bought this product yesterday and since then I can not download completely all components. 59% or 65% of the download I get the message: "connect to the internet and try again." I am connected to the internet through Ethernet, I checked my connections through various steps recommended buy Adobe to see if my connection is correct and he is!, so why I can't complete the download process. You can not buy CS5. Adobe sells only current products, i.e. CS6 or creative cloud. Creative cloud is a subscription model, which means that you rent the software as long as you want to use.
