  After that, reinstall the product of your creative cloud desktop application.

  One of your fellow '' solves the problem. There was a problem with the software of cc. We have uninstalled and deleted the cache and preferences etc. Re installed and now all files sync ok.

  "Adobe" is the name of the company that provides a great many different applications.

  Adobe Reader is free and allows you to view pdf files.

  Adobe Acrobat is expensive and allows you to create, edit and view pdf files.

  Assuming that you are referring to the reader, uninstall all the versions of it using the control panel > add or remove programs.  Then either

  1. go to http://get.adobe.com/reader/?promoid=BUIGO and download the current version (remember to uncheck the box to install McAfee Security Scan Plus.

  or

  2. go to http://www.foxitsoftware.com/Secure_PDF_Reader/ and download Foxit Reader, a small pdf reader and many more.

  Then, install the reader that you have downloaded.

  Do not close the page, just keep it open.

  2. then click on the link below and download the installer directly mentioned in step 2.

  Please try and open Add or remove programs on your computer, and then try to uninstall the product from there.

  Steps to open Add or remove programs

  :

  1) click on the start menu,.

  (2) get the Control Panel, then click on it

  (3) search for add or remove programs and click on it.
