Windows Live deliver has confirmed your hotmail username and password change today
I got a message from hotmail today requesting account information, if I wanted my account to stay active. He said that the responses should be received less than 48 hours. You will need to fill in your username and password. This seems suspicious, especially with a 48 hours time around tour. Please check.

Socket error 10060, error Ox800CCCOE
Cannot send messages from windows mail, can receive mail
This account worked until recently? If so, it is probably due to an update of your antivirus software. Completely uninstall and restart. Now, do a custom installation and uncheck e-mail scanning when it is offered.
Analysis of electronic mail is a redundant layer of protection that devours the CPUs, slows down sending and receiving and causes a multitude of problems such as time-outs, account setting changes and has even been responsible for the loss of messages. Your up-to-date A / V program will continue to protect you sufficiently. For more information, see:

Of course, your computer is infected with a fake antivirus program. http://www.Microsoft.com/security/PC-security/antivirus-rogue.aspxYou know the name of the program? You have requested the assistance of your anti-malware installed program?Otherwise since the Microsoft Safety Scanner cannot solve your problem of malware suggest that you run the following scanners which will not interfere with your program AntiVirus installed. You may need to run in Safe Mode or Safe Mode with network.Free Malwarebytes: http://www.malwarebytes.org/products/malwarebytes_free/ or if it will not install in Normal Mode or Safe Mode with network see http://www.malwarebytes.org/products/chameleon/
Hitman Pro Trial Version: http://www.surfright.nl/en/hitmanpro you may prefer to try HitmanPro Kickstart, which should remove this malware and fix all changes made to the computer: http://www.surfright.nl/en/kickstart , you must use an uninfected computer to download it to a flash drive and then follow the specific directions on how to run the program on the infected computer.
