  I recently bought a HP Pavilion 17-e017dx Notebook PC with an operating system of Windows 8. After about a week or two, that I decided to downgrade from Windows 8 for Windows 7, so what I ended up doing is take out the hard drive, plug it into another computer and format it, then install Windows 7. I got most of the drivers, I need except two, the Ethernet controller and the controller (USB) Universal Serial Bus.

  The Satellite A500 PSAR9A is the same series of portable as PSAR9E.
  The only difference is that PSAR9A has been released in Australia and PSAR9E in Europe.

  Akuma is right. Because Windows 7 is finally out, you won't find Win 7 drivers.
  But as mentioned in the Toshiba page provides us with some Beta Win 7 drivers for different notebook series it s worth a try
  In addition, you can try to install Vista using Win 7 OS drivers.

  Usually, the Vista drivers (but not all) must be compatible with Win 7.

  What you can try is to use the drivers of other models of laptops with the same hardware configuration and see if that will help.
