HELP PLEASE! My business account of DPS is expired!

I use a pro account of DPS for several months on a monthly payment.

I did not notice that the card I had log in with my account had exprired last month, and for this purpose, I was not charged last month.

I have received no e-mails informing my this topic (and I ve also checked my spam folder)

2 days ago, I received an email informing that my account Adobe Digital Publishing Suite expired 30 days ago. I tried to update my billing information I knew why this happened but I have family.

I had a conversation with the customer service and they told me I should place a new order.

My question which is on what fact means with my folio app multi I already on the android market and all my publication (folios) I have already create.

Place a new order means that I build the application again and again present the markets (and all my sheets) or I can connect my existing application with the new account on the DPS account.

My DPS CONSOLE in which I still have access, but can not post more then I click my subscription and place a new order without losing all the data of ly?


I'd appreciate any help on this.




I just checked with our subject matter expert and you don't need to make a new order, simply renew it. If you send me a private message with your name and phone number I can have someone call you.
