Why can't I publish a public folio with my business account of DPS?

I do not have access to the folio edition option from Adobe DPS public. I know that we have a professional account, so I should be able to publish a public folio. I tried to contact support Adobe several times to clarify this, but received no response.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Folios that will appear in the app must be published using an account that is assigned to a role of "Application". You use the Administration tool of the accounts on the dashboard of DPS (https://digitalpublishing.acrobat.com) to assign roles to the accounts. Note that you cannot assign a role to an existing DPS account. You will probably need to create a new Adobe ID to use for this account, and then use the share > copy to copy the folios to the new account of the application.
