  My laptop is a HP Pavilion dm1, model 3387 36.0 A (according to CPU - Z)

• need help to find the folder of firefox on iMac

  New to this bear so please with me.  Here's the situation.

  I was getting malware and understand how to get rid of it, ok so far.

  Then I noticed that my sites kept has the question 'connection' in the top bar.

  I was trying to figure this out when I followed some information 'to a point' - big flaw here.

  I caught and then drag to a folder that was causing my problem.  It was not the case.

  I think it was my firefox profile folder, but the folder is not sure - klzqb90r.default.

  Put in the trash.  Oops again.

  Tired opening Firefox - come with LACK of PROFILE error message - your firefox profile cannot be loaded.  It may be missing or inaccessible.

  I think I got it but now, just do not know where to put it.

  So, read more.  Search for the library and the firefox folder, is not there.

  Now I am panicking because I can't open firefox to do 'something' to him to try to find my profile / refresh etc.

  Can someone please help?  I think I need to find the correct folder that belongs to my folder by default, BUT am not a guru of computing here... some understanding of computers.

• 8.1 MBP crashes (once a week) - help me find the problem

  I have a MacBook Pro 8.1 (end of 2011). I am running 10.11.3.

  I had changed to a (Crucial MX100) SSD HARD drive, more RAM and a new map of the airport. I reinstalled the operating system. The accidents occur both before and after that the new hardware has been installed

  There are standard procedures I need to do? Can someone point me in the right direction to find the problem?

  Accidents or kernel panics occur when the machine runs into an error, it can not overcome and forces a stop down. This can be the result of hardware and software.

  Please try and note what programs you have open or what you have to do on the machine when it crashes. For example: your machine crashes whenever you use firefox (the browser), and then use safari or chrome and see if the kernel panic stop.

  Uninstall any driver and the system fingerprint reader software.

  Resources:
  Uninstall software in Windows 7

  Uninstall or change a program in Windows 7

  Download and install the driver for the fingerprint sensor fingerprint validity here.

  Download and install the latest version of the software from here.

  Restart the system and check the results.

  I didn't like Windows 8.1 and demoted Windows 7 SP1 64-bit, all drives in the formatting process.   • See also the information system > components > display, is intended to be generic llike "" Standard VGA Graphics adapt "what is that its meant to be or will they have specific network adapters after I installed some drivers?"
  • Under components > Modem, there is nothing there
  • Under components > Ports > series, there is nothing there
  • Under components > USB, it says "Standard Enhanced PCI to USB Host Controller" rather than something more speciifc.

  I compared these to my laptop which has fairly specific things written under these articles, so I'm assuming that they are to do with the right drivers? I just threw these here in the case where theres more underlying issues.

  Also how one I would go about installing these drivers because the USB ports do not work? The pilots put it on a CD?

  I'd appreciate any assistance because without them, my laptop is essentially unusable. Thank you very much.

  Yes, you can burn the files to a CD and use it to install the drivers you need.

  You must install Chipset AMD and 3 USB drivers that are not on the support page for your laptop.
