  If possible, try to download another browser like Chrome or Firefox, what sometimes happens in particular when downloading large files, most of the cases during the duration, there will be a server / request timeout issues or browser when the browser are unable to download large files completely.

  Steps to clear the Tmp folder:

  (1) right click on the Finder icon and select 'Go - To Folder' option.
  (2) you will get a text box, type in the following command and then press the 'return '.

  It will open the TMP file. Trash all the content inside.

  Let me know if you are still unable to download files completely.

  3 years ago, I bought Adobe Creative Suite Design Standard 6. I installed it on my MacBook and all worked great so far. As my MacBook ist almost 5 years, I'm a nine this week. I've disabled my Creative Suite on my old MacBook and tried to install it on my new. It won't work.
