Help - update IOS

Hello

We have ASA 5520 with failover running IOS ver 7.0 and want to upgrade to 8.0

Please can someone help with the steps to upgrade the IOS on the primary and failover.

Thank you

The procedure must be repeated for the asa tipping too.

1 copy flash tftp on ASA primary

2. turn off primary ASA (and NO reload)

3. secondary is now active (do a "failover to see the ' to confirm that)

4 copy flash tftp on secondary

5. turn off secondary (NOT charging)

6. primary startup (and it will become active with new software)

7. wait for 3-5 mins-> a 'see the version' and 'show failover' on the primary to confirm

8. secondary starting (and it will become secondary with the new software)

Upgrade is complete.

Note the useful messages.

Kind regards

Sushil

  • Urgent: need help on problems on the iPhone after updating iOS 10 6s

Hey there! It's my third post about the problems Ive been face on my devices after 10 updated iOS. Initially, after that I've updated, the music app was not running on my phone-all I could see was an empty screen and the APP crashed and I was redirected to the homepage in a few seconds. Tired to restart the phone, deleting and then adding the app back, nothing worked. Not at all. So I tried to restore my phone, save all content via icloud. Followed all the steps and after the restoration of the aircraft of other problems surfaced, BUT the music app still does not work.

Now, not only the app does not work, I can no longer sync my iPhone with iTunes. Whenever I try, I get the following errors:

    (1) itunes cannot sync the iPhone connection has been reset

    (2) iTunes sync session could start.

IF PLEASE NOTE, BEFOR RESTORE IPHONE I COULD ALWAYS SYNCHRONIZE WITH ITUNES EVEN AFTER IOS UPDATE 10 AND TRANSFER THE MUSIC ETC, BUT JUST COULDN'T NOT OPEN MUSIC APP TO PHONE-NOW I CAN'T DO EITHER!

I have tried pretty much everything, restart both phone & iTunes, reset the network settings on my iphone, reset itunes sync history, by removing the lockdown folder, running iTunes as administrator on my PC, change my USB in corduroy, update iTunes, reinstall iTunes on PC-nothing seems to work AT ALL. And it's extremely frustrating. I can sync music/documents on my iPad after update of the device and the restaurant then (iPad also has major problems) and then play the music on it but just isn't my phone can be synchronized. It is a function important and if I can't synchronize my device is a sitting duck.

The new update of iOS also gave my massive lag of phone. Screen freezes, apps for time-consuming, HDR photos take longer to be broken. It is just too heavy to wear.

CCAN anyone help me please with my iTunes sync + music matters app... I really regret updating to the new iOS. Please help me.

    Thank you.

PS apologies for this long post, I had to write everything I tried.

If you are on Windows, uninstall iTunes, uninstall Apple Mobile Device Support. Once both are uninstalled, reinstall itunes, see if it syncs with itunes then.

  • Need help updating my kiosk multi-folio for iOS app

I have trouble to iOS . After waiting a ridiculous 8 days for a review of my app update was rejected. With such a long time to wait, I really need to know that my next presentation will be OK.

If anyone knows if there are step by step details how configure a viewer application to update iOS with iTunes subscriptions? It is a business account.

My application is an application of newsstand that offers only free folios.

It seems that there is a mixup of details with my In App Purchase. Here is the statement of rejection:

    2.2

We found that your application exposes one or more bugs, when reviewed on iPad iOS 7.1.2 running on a Wi - Fi network, which is not in conformity with the App Store Review Guidelines .

When we signed up for the free membership, the transaction has not completed. The activity indicator turns constantly. We have attached a screenshot for your reference.

(I guess it was down to the mixup with the IPA)

    3.3

We also found the metadata of your presented In - App purchases, such as the name, description or screenshots, is not exactly your In - App purchases.

    Specifically, we noted:

the name of the free subscription is 'Number 1'. It's invalid, but also confusing, when the user tries to subscribe from the 2nd edition.

Please review the metadata of your purchases In - App submitted specific and unique to each product In - App Purchase.

Thanks in advance for any help you can offer.

    Hello

I'll leave article 3.3 for a more precise description should simply help...

For what is 2.2, have you tested the developer version (ipa file) on your device? If so did you buy subscription using a test iTunes Connect user?

If they feel the issue, there is a good chance for you to experience as well.

This rotation indicator generally point to an incorrect subscription referenced in your viewer product ID (i.e.: the Apple, as opposed to the product ID for the subscription ID)

  • No service after updating iOS 10?

Running iOS on iPhone 6 Service MetroPCs 10.

After updating iOS 10 lost service and signal. Called MetroPCs, but no help has been done.

Search bar on the loading bar for hours of State.

Do a search here on the forum. I read a post from yesterday that talked about problems with MetroPCS, and it was a problem of carrier. Something about a problem with the update of their carrier. I suggest that you remember MetroPCS and ask a supervisor.

  • If connected via Bluetooth with car. Phone starts to compose himself after updating iOS 10

After updating iOS 10: connection via Bluetooth for car, then phone (iphone more 6s) began to compose himself. My President iPhone which is not longer work well

    Hi Pharao-nael,

I understand that after update your iPhone to iOS 10, he begins to call itself when it is connected to Bluetooth. I know it's important for your iPhone to work as expected, so I'm happy to help for this.

Since this occurs only when it is connected to Bluetooth, the first thing you want to do is cancel the twinning of the car:
Configure and use third-party Bluetooth - Apple Support Accessories

Turn off pairing a Bluetooth accessory

To disable the pairing a Bluetooth accessory, tap Settings > Bluetooth, find the device you want to disable the twinning, tap , and then we forget this device.

When you forget this device on your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch, this accessory is removed from the list of available Bluetooth devices.

Make sure that your iPhone does not seek to call itself after it is disconnected, and then you can pair the iPhone and the car again:

Pair your device with a Bluetooth accessory

    1. On your iOS device, tap on settings > Bluetooth. Stay on the screen until you complete the steps to pair your accessory.
    2. Place your accessory in discovery mode and wait until it appears on your iOS device. If you don't see it, or don't know how to make it discoverable, check the instructions that came with your accessory or contact the manufacturer.
    3. Tap your accessory pair. You will have to perhaps enter the CONFIDENTIAL code or password. If you do not know what your PIN code or word password, see the documentation for your accessory.

When pairing is completed, you can use the Bluetooth accessory with your device. You can pair several Bluetooth accessories with your iOS device. Just follow the steps above to pair additional accessories.

Thank you for using communities of Apple Support, cheers!

  • Update IOS 9.3 is available for the 5 c?

I received a message from "available software update" on my iPhone. Tried to install but kept getting the message "unable to verify the update. Phone is no longer connected to the internet. "It has been connected to the internet. This community (thanks!) to find a solution: connected to iTunes on my laptop and find my phone, checked for updates and was told that my phone is up to date with 9.2.1. I'm confused. Which is correct? My phone tells me that I have an update ready to install. Help, please.

Apple released the update iOS 9.3 for some devices (air iPad and the front, iPhone 5 s and forward) due to problems with activation. You may not be updated until a patch is issued. I recommend to wait for some time (days?) before trying again.
