  Trash this stage and re - register. It could be that new file dialog tries to assign a document profile that is damaged or is no longer present on your system.   I use Windows, and we need to make visible hidden files and folders in order to see the App data access path.  OSX has a similar feature?  If you have spent the hidden files and folders things, remember what I said about the registration of CC2015 the path of the CC2014 file.  That one made me as well, but I worked it out by asking Photoshop to load new brushes and checked the place he was looking for.

  It was probably caused by the removal of any file system as I was scaning the pc for malware and probably deleted some important file. only safe mode works now

  No saving necessary data and re-installing Windows Vista might be the best option, but here
  are a few others.

  You can save your files by putting the drive in another computer as a 2nd disk (best) or external
  Drive USB enclosure and then backup to removable media such as CD, DVD or other USB drives.
  Of course a real store of the computer or the manufacturer of your system can help to recover the files.

  Or you can use a boot Ubuntu CD to back up data.

  If the external application allows you to display content accepts arguments especially (bytes or string or streamdata) you can pass the data directly to the application as parameters. In this case there is no need to save the file, unless you need the file for the process to come.

  If the external application is not accepts any parameter related to this, I hope no other way then by saving the file.

  Reinstall El Capitan without erasing the drive

  Make sure that you have a current backup before continuing.

  HD recovery start:

  Restart the computer after the ring, press in and hold the COMMAND and R keys until the menu screen to appear.

  Repair

  When the recovery menu appears, select disk utility and press the continue button. Disk utility charges and select Macintosh HD entry indented from the list on the left.  Click the first aid tab in the toolbar... If disk utility reports any errors that have been corrected, then re-run first aid until no errors are reported. Wait until the operation is complete, then quit disk utility and return to the main menu. Select restart from the Apple menu.

  Reinstall OS X: Select reinstall OS X and click on the continue button.

  Note : You will need an active Internet connection. I suggest to use Ethernet if possible because it's three times faster than Wi - Fi and more reliable.
